Opposite is the daylight bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and towel warmer. I like to stay here, the underfloor heating is simply a pleasant heating system. Due to the brightness, I can put on wonderful make-up, the bathroom is as spacious as I like it. At the end of the hallway is the living area, to the right is the open kitchen with a view of the vineyards and the Neckar, if you turn around, you can let your gaze wander through the large living room. The room always looks different with changing seasons, because there is a glass front over the entire width, i.e. a large patio door that brings nature into the living room, from up here you have a wonderful view, you feel sublime and look forward to the warm season, to enjoy the spacious terrace and the view while sunbathing, really to enjoy, great that there is a water connection here, for me or the plants. Das Baujahr ist 2015, ich bin dem Hausmeister und der Verwaltung begegnet, die nach dem Rechten geschaut haben, das hat schon mal einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl der einen von der Tiefgarage direkt in die Wohnung bringt. Dann geht die Türe auf, endlich zu Hause in meiner schönen, mit Tageslicht durchfluteten Penthouse Wohnung. Der Flur ist schön hell durch das Oberlicht in der Decke. Gegenüber dem Eingang, gibt es eine kleine praktische Abstellkammer, sogar mit Fenster zum Öffnen. Vom Flur links kommt man in das geräumige Schlafzimmer, toll finde ich, daß ich im Sommer die große Balkontüre zur Terrasse öffnen kann. Gegenüber befindet sich das Tageslichtbad mit begehbarer Dusche, WC und Handtuchwärmer. Hier halte ich mich gerne auf, die Fußbodenheizung ist einfach eine angenehme Heizung. Durch die Helligkeit, kann ich mich wunderbar schminken, das Bad ist so geräumig, wie ich es mag. Am Ende des Flures eröffnet sich der Wohnbereich, rechts ist die offene Küche mit Aussicht auf die Weinberge und den Neckar, wenn man sich umdreht, kann man den Blick durch das große Wohnzimmer schweifen lassen. Der Raum sieht bei wechselnden Jahreszeiten immer wieder anders aus, denn über die ganze Breite befindet sich eine Glasfront, also eine große Terrassentüre die die Natur ins Wohnzimmer holt, von hier oben hat man einen herrlichen Blick, man fühlt sich erhaben und freut sich auf die warme Jahreszeit, um die großzügige Terrasse und den Weitblick bei einem Sonnenbad, so richtig zu genießen, toll daß es einen Wasseranschluß hier gibt, für mich oder die Pflanzen. So… ich habe, denke ich, genügend geschwärmt, überzeugen Sie sich selbst…ich freue mich auf Ihren Anruf.

Mi sono sentita subito a mio agio quando ho aperto la porta d'ingresso. L'intero complesso fa un'impressione molto ben tenuta. Chiaro.. Non è ancora vecchia. L'anno di costruzione è il 2015, ho incontrato il custode e l'amministrazione, che si sono occupati di tutto, il che ha lasciato un'ottima impressione. C'è un ascensore che vi porta dal parcheggio sotterraneo direttamente all'appartamento. Poi la porta si apre, finalmente casa nel mio bellissimo attico inondato di luce naturale. Il corridoio è bello e luminoso grazie al lucernario nel soffitto. Di fronte all'ingresso, c'è un piccolo pratico ripostiglio, anche con finestra apribile. Dal corridoio sulla sinistra si accede alla spaziosa camera da letto, penso che sia fantastico poter aprire la grande porta del balcone sulla terrazza in estate. Di fronte si trova il bagno illuminato dal giorno con cabina doccia, WC e scaldasalviette. Mi piace stare qui, il riscaldamento a pavimento è semplicemente un piacevole sistema di riscaldamento. Grazie alla luminosità, posso truccarmi meravigliosamente, il bagno è spazioso come piace a me. Alla fine del corridoio si trova la zona giorno, a destra si trova la cucina a vista con vista sui vigneti e sul Neckar, se ci si gira si può lasciare vagare lo sguardo attraverso l'ampio soggiorno.
