Hedges and planting make the plot nice and secluded. Only a short drive to the center of Arendal with all the town’s facilities and many events and festivals. In Grimstad approx. 15 km away, there is a golf course, and during winter you can enjoy at ice skating on the artificial ice rink at Myra (5 km). Arendal offers a varied cultural events all year and is visited by thousands of people.
