Latsida is very close to the small town of Neapolis, Crete where there are many shops, super markets, banks, post office, hospital and other services and amenities. There are also a couple of good taverns in the village as well as a small super market.The house is just a few meters off the center of the village.
It consists of two buildings which both stand on two floors.The main house comprises on the ground floor of a single bedroom, a small sitting room, a bathroom (equipped both with bath and vanity shower) and a double bedroom.
A wooden staircase leads from the sitting room to the 1st floor.
On this floor there are a cozy living room and a fully fitted kitchen.
