After a morning full of activities, the best thing to do is to cool down in the private salt water pool -that sizes 6.5 to 3.5 metres and has a water depth of 1.5 metres. After swimming for a while, you can enjoy the sun on the 4 sunloungers by the pool and wash off under the exterior shower before heading to the porch to cook and enjoy a delicious BBQ. There is also a superior terrace which is perfectly furnished for you to relax with a glass of wine and admiring the views to the pool and town. Inside, the hallway leads to the living room where you can watch TV-sat or read a good book by the warmth of the fireplace when it's cold. The dining room is independent and it has room for 6 people. The kitchen offers a ceramic hob and all you need to cook. In the same floor you'll find a shower bathroom and two bedrooms with twin beds ans a closet each. The third bedroom is upstairs and it also has twin beds and a closet as well as an en-suite with a shower. It's accessible only from the outside terrace. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are also at the terrace. A baby cot and a high chair are available and the house is equipped with underfloor heating. Ariany is a small charming village. You'll find the basic services here like a grocery shop and some good restaurants. The surroundings are mainly rural and invite to stroll across the fields or to practice cycling or hiking. Auf der oberen möblierten Terrasse können Sie mit einem Glas Wein den Ausblick auf den Pool und das Dorf genießen. Im Inneren erwartet Sie ein Salon, in dem Sie entspannt Satelliten TV sehen und sich an kalten Tagen am Holzofen erwärmen können. Der separate Essbereich ist für 6 Gäste adaptiert. Die Küche mit Cerankochfeld bietet alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Auf dieser Etage befinden sich außerdem noch ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, sowie zwei Schlafzimmer mit je zwei Einzelbetten und Kleiderschrank. Das dritte, nur von außen über die Terrasse zugängliche Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Obergeschoss und ist mit zwei Einzelbetten, Kleiderschrank und Badezimmer en-suite mit Dusche ausgestattet. Alle Schlafräume, sowie das Wohn- und Esszimmer sind klimatisiert bzw. verfügen über eine Fußbodenheizung. Auf der Terrasse befinden sich die Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Después de nadar, pueden secarse al sol en las 4 tumbonas que hay junto a la piscina, aclararse y refrescarse de nuevo en la ducha exterior, y pasar al porche a preparar y degustar una deliciosa barbacoa. También tienen una terraza superior, perfectamente amueblada para sus momentos de relax, junto a una copa de vino con vistas a la piscina y al pueblo. Dentro, un recibidor les conduce al salón, donde van a poder ver la televisión satélite o leer un libro junto a la chimenea en los días fríos. El comedor es independiente y tiene espacio para los 6 comensales. La cocina ofrece vitrocerámica y todo lo necesario para cocinar. En esta misma planta tienen un baño con ducha y dos dormitorios con dos camas individuales y armario. El tercer dormitorio, con dos camas individuales, armario y baño en-suite con ducha, se encuentra en el piso de arriba, al que se accede sólo desde fuera, a través de la terraza. Po kąpieli mogą wysuszyć się na słońcu na 4 leżakach przy basenie, opłukać i ponownie odświeżyć pod prysznicem na świeżym powietrzu, a następnie wyjść na werandę, aby przygotować i cieszyć się pysznym grillem.
