Die Tradition wird auch durch eine authentische istrische Taverne bewahrt, ein Ort für Zusammenkünfte und Familienfeiern, der in einer rustikalen Stein-Holzversion gestaltet ist und in der etwa zwanzig Personen einen großen istrischen Kamin genießen können.
Obwohl sie Tradition ausstrahlen, verfügen die Häuser über alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten, von Klimaanlagen, LCD-Fernsehern, Waschmaschinen und Geschirrspülern bis hin zu Heizung und einem Außenpool. Im umzäunten Steinhof mit Tor gibt es eine Liegewiese mit Swimmingpool und einem bezaubernden Blick auf das Zentrum von Gračišća, einer kleinen Stadt, die für ihre Weingüter bekannt ist, sowie einen eigenen Parkplatz.

Iako odišu tradicijom, kuće imaju sve moderne sadržaje od klima uređaja, LCD televizora, perilica za robu i suđe do grijanja i vanjskog bazena. U kamenom ograđenom dvorištu s kapijom nalazi se sunčalište sa bazenom i šarmantnim pogledom na centar Gračišća, gradića poznatog po vinarijama te vlastiti parking.

La tradizione viene preservata anche attraverso un'autentica taverna istriana, uno spazio per riunioni e feste familiari, realizzata in una versione rustica in legno e pietra, dove una ventina di persone possono godersi un grande camino istriano.
Anche se trasudano tradizione, le case dispongono di tutti i comfort moderni, dai condizionatori d'aria, TV LCD, lavatrici e lavastoviglie al riscaldamento e una piscina all'aperto. Nel cortile in pietra recintato con cancello si trova la zona solarium con piscina e un'incantevole vista sul centro di Gračišća, cittadina nota per le sue cantine, e il proprio parcheggio.
