I just moved into the apartment with my brother in November, but he is now moving to Vienna at short notice for professional reasons. That's why I'm now looking for a new roommate. What is important to me: - Likeability: It's important to me that you have similar ticks when it comes to cleanliness, tidiness and general manners and that you simply have a certain basic likeability and feel that you can trust each other. Before a viewing appointment, we can also arrange facetiming or a Zoom call so that we can both get a first impression of each other. Very practical: 50 meters away is a kind of marketplace / center of the residential area: hairdresser, Edeka, pharmacy, dentist, kebab/pizza/burger, ice cream parlor, tailor, kiosk, etc. so everything is within walking distance, which makes everyday life much easier and saves time :-) --------------------- Room: Bright room (bedroom 1 in the photos) with spacious built-in wardrobe incl. private bathroom (bathroom 1) with bathtub and toilet in its own area in an 88sqm roof terrace apartment. Communal area: - Fully equipped kitchen - Roof terrace by arrangement (option 1). -------- If the roof terrace, living room, dining table and desk would like to be shared 1:1, the total rent would be 1,290 euros (option 2). Zu Fuß ist man in 4 Minuten an der Tram und Bus-Station Regina-Ullmann-Straße und in 14 Minuten an der S-Bahn Station Johanneskirchen (S8). Sehr praktisch: 50 Meter entfernt ist eine Art Marktplatz / Zentrum des Wohnviertels: Friseur, Edeka, Apotheke, Zahnarzt, Döner/Pizza/Burger, Eiscafe, Änderungsschneiderei, Kiosk usw somit alles unter einer Minute zu Fuß erreichbar was den Alltag sehr erleichtert und Zeit ohne Ende spart :-) ————————————————————- Zimmer: Helles Zimmer (Schlafzimmer 1 auf den Fotos) mit geräumigem Einbauschrank inkl eigenem Bad (Bad 1) mit Badewanne und WC in eigenem Bereich in einer 88qm Dachterrassen Wohnung. Gemeinschaftsbereich: - Vollausgestattete Küche - Dachterrasse nach Absprache (Option 1). ———————- Falls Dachterrasse, Wohnzimmer, Esstisch und Schreibtisch 1:1 mitgenutzt werden möchte, würde die Gesamtmiete bei 1.290 Euro liegen (Option 2).
