This small but charming two floor stone house, is located in the pretty village of Kavousi. Kavousi is a large village located 20-25min east of Agios Nikolaos and about 20min north of Ierapetra.The building is a total of 52m2 (including stone walls) on two floors (26m2+26m2) and the plot is 34.8m2.
