Il y a 4 chambres: 2 avec lit double et 2 avec deux lits simples (deux d'entre eux ont accès au balcon). Il y a 3 salles de bains (2 avec douche et 1 avec baignoire). Il y a pas de climatisation dans la maison, mais nous pouvons vous fournir des ventilateurs, si vous en avez besoin. Vous pouvez profiter d'un agréable petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec vue sur la mer. La terrasse à l'étage principal a 30 m2 et il est meublée avec une table et 8 chaises. Vous pourrez vous détendre dans les chaises longues situées en bord de mer. De la terrasse, vous pouvez accéder à la mer, juste à descendre les escaliers et en traversant un petit chemin (15 mètres). Style méditerranéen devient plus évident si nous allons à l'intérieur - la maison est décorée avec goût. Le salon est l'endroit idéal pour lire un livre dans l'un des canapés confortables. Vous pouvez également regarder la télévision par satellite ou avoir une petite sieste. La salle à manger a une table et chaises en bois. La cuisine est entièrement équipée: grille-pain, mixeur, micro-ondes, machine à café, four électrique, cuisinière à gaz, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur et beaucoup plus. Het is een huis met drie verdiepingen en een oppervlakte van 250m2. Het is ideaal voor families of vriendengroepen voor een vakantie aan zee. Er zijn vier kamers, twee met een tweepersoonsbed en twee met twee eenpersoonsbedden, twee kamers hebben toegang tot het balkon. Er zijn drie badkamers waarvan twee met douche en een met bad. Er is geen airconditioning in het huis maar we leveren met plezier ventilatoren op verzoek.U kunt genieten van een plezierig ontbijt op het terras met uitzicht over zee. Het terras op de begane grond is 30m2 en is gemeubileeerd met een tafel en acht stoelen. U kunt ontspannen op de ligstoelen aan zee. Empezad el día con un desayuno en la terraza con la privacidad de este sitio privilegiado y con vistas maravillosas al mar. La terraza de la planta principal mide 30 m2 y está amueblada con una mesa y 8 sillas . Relajaos y tumbaos en una de las 4 hamacas que están a pie de mar, y deleitaos con las vistas. La vivienda, decorada con mucho gusto, ofrece salón donde podréis leer tranquilamente un libro, ver la tele por satélite, o hacer una siesta. La cocina, independiente, tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar durante vuestras vacaciones: tostadora, batidora, microondas, cafetera, horno eléctrico, cocina de gas, cubertería, utensilios de cocina en general, lavavajillas y nevera con congelador. También hay lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar. No hay aparcamiento privado.La casa tiene un vecino en la en la planta menos 1, no esta casi nunca. En la casa todo es independiente, las instalaciones estan separadas uno del otro.Alcanada es una zona muy tranquila y mayoritariamente habitada por gente local. Encontraréis casas enormes y si vais hasta el final veréis la playa de Alcanada, preciosa. En el islote que está delante de la playa, accesible a nado, hay un faro que da un carácter especial a la playa. Justo al lado, está uno de los mejores campos de golf de la isla, el club de Golf Alcanada. El cual consta de 18 hoyos y cuenta con todas las facilidades y comodidades que un buen golfista pueda necesitar. En la urbanización encontraréis algunos buenos restaurantes y un pequeño supermercado.A unos pocos minutos conduciendo llegamos al Puerto de Alcúdia. Allí encontramos muchísimos restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas y ofertas de ocio de todo tipo. Pasead por el paseo marítimo de Alcúdia y tomad un buen helado casero.
