On accède au jardin par l'escalier du Chemin de la Perspective, qui part du port du Levant et conduit tout droit au Fort des Arbousiers.. Ce jardin ouvre sur le niveau supérieur par la cuisine équipée. Le salon, en suite de la cuisine, donne sur un balcon avec une vue mer à 180 o sur le port du Levant, sur la côte sud-ouest de l'île jusqu'à la plage, ainsi que sur le parc national de Port-Cros. Une chambre et une salle d'eau ouvrent également sur l'entrée. Un escalier extérieur permet de descendre à une seconde terrasse en bas de la maison. Une seconde chambre avec sa salle d'eau ouvre sur cette terrasse. Celle-ci bénéficie également d'une très belle vue mer. L'exposition sud-ouest de la maison permet un ensoleillement optimal en toute saison. Un forage assure son autonomie en eau. La maison est en très bon état et bien entretenue. Auf der Insel Levante, in der FKK-Domäne von Heliopolis, Balkon auf seinem Garten und dem kleinen Hafen von Ayguade, ist dieses Haus der 70er Jahre kürzlich renoviert, mit einer Fläche von ca. 67 m2, nur wenige Meter von den Badestellen entfernt. Der Garten ist über die Treppe des Chemin de la Perspective zugänglich, der vom Hafen der Levante beginnt und direkt zum Fort des Arbousiers führt. Dieser Garten öffnet sich durch die ausgestattete Küche auf die obere Ebene. Das Wohnzimmer, en suite von der Küche, öffnet sich auf einen Balkon mit Meerblick 180 o auf den Hafen der Levante, an der Südwestküste der Insel zum Strand, sowie auf den Nationalpark von Port-Cros. Ein Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer öffnen sich ebenfalls zum Eingang. Eine Außentreppe führt hinunter zu einer zweiten Terrasse am unteren Ende des Hauses. Ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit Bad öffnet sich auf diese Terrasse. Es genießt auch einen schönen Meerblick. Die Süd-West-Ausrichtung des Hauses ermöglicht optimalen Sonnenschein zu allen Jahreszeiten. Ein Bohrloch sichert seine Autonomie im Wasser. Das Haus ist in sehr gutem Zustand und gepflegt. Es profitierte von einer kompletten Renovierung mit Außendämmung vor 8 Jahren. Die meisten Öffnungen haben Rollläden. Das Interieur ist gut ausgestattet und gut eingerichtet. Der mit mediterranen Arten bepflanzte Garten hat eine Fläche von ca. 500 m2. Wir befinden uns direkt über dem sehr kleinen Hafen von Ayguade du Levant, seinem Fischer und seinen Booten. Links und rechts des Hafens befinden sich zwei Badestellen mit transparentem Wasser. De tuin is toegankelijk via de trappen van de Chemin de la Perspective, die begint bij de haven van Levant en rechtstreeks naar het Fort des Arbousiers leidt. Deze tuin komt uit op de bovenste verdieping via de ingerichte keuken. De woonkamer, met eigen badkamer vanuit de keuken, komt uit op een balkon met uitzicht op zee 180 o op de haven van Levant, aan de zuidwestkust van het eiland naar het strand, evenals op het nationale park van Port-Cros. Een slaapkamer en een badkamer komen ook uit op de ingang. Een buitentrap leidt naar een tweede terras aan de onderkant van het huis. Een tweede slaapkamer met een badkamer komt uit op dit terras. Het biedt ook een prachtig uitzicht op zee. De zuidwestelijke blootstelling van het huis zorgt voor optimale zonneschijn in alle seizoenen. Een boorgat zorgt voor zijn autonomie in water. Het huis is in zeer goede staat en goed onderhouden. Het profiteerde 8 jaar geleden van een volledige renovatie met buitenisolatie. De meeste openingen hebben rolluiken. Het interieur is goed ingericht en goed ingericht. De tuin beplant met mediterrane soorten heeft een oppervlakte van ongeveer 500 m2. We zijn net boven de zeer kleine haven van Ayguade du Levant, zijn vissers en zijn boten. Links en rechts van de haven twee zwemplekken met transparant water.
