At the beginning of its construction and in its first stage, the residential had the corresponding approvals, licenses or authorizations for construction and operation, issued by the Secretary of State for Public Works with license No. 400 RND, from 1997;  Ministry of Tourism, Navy, Municipal Council, Institute of Drinking Water and Sewerage and Electricity Corporation; which need to be renewed and updated.
With a recent No Objection Letter from the City Council of San José de Matanzas for remodeling and expansion (2022).

JUSTIFICATION OF THE RIGHT TO PROPERTY:
Protected by the Certificate of Title Demarcated, in the name of a natural person.
