Auf dem Hügel (550 m) von La Fattoria hat sich in den vergangenen 200 Jahren nur wenig verändert; dort werden noch immer Nutzpflanzen angebaut und es laufen dort immer noch Schafe herum. Città di Castello (14 km) ist die wichtigste Stadt des Tales mit ihrem schönen mittelalterlichen Zentrum und einem der bekanntesten Museen Umbriens: die Pinacoteca Communale mit Malereien u. a. von Raffaello und Signorelli. Auch größere Städte wie Arezzo (50 km) und Perugia (55 km) sind gut erreichbar. Kultur finden Sie aber auch direkt am Haus! La Fattoria hat ein eigenes Bauernmuseum mit historischen landwirtschaftlichen Geräten. Oder mögen Sie es eher sportlich? Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Radfahren oder auch Reiten gibt es im Überfluss! Der Bauernhof wurde kürzlich restauriert und in ein perfektes Urlaubsdomizil verwandelt. Bei der Restaurierung blieben die alte Balkendecke und der originale offene Kamin erhalten. Die Einrichtung ist sauber, gepflegt und voll Charakter. Die 8 Wohnungen, von denen wir 6 anbieten, befinden sich alle in einem Gebäude. Im angrenzenden Gebäude lebt der Bauer selbst. Außerdem befindet sich dort auch das Restaurant. Es gibt eine große Rasenfläche mit Spielgeräten für die Kinder und einem Schwimmbad (12 x 6 m, Tiefe 1,50 m) mit schönem Panorama. Außerdem gibt es einen überdachten Raum, u. a. mit Tischtennistischplatte und Tischfußball. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Grill stehen zu Ihrer Verwendung bereit. Besonderheiten Am Tag Ihrer Ankunft haben Sie die Möglichkeit, am Abendessen teilzunehmen. Sonntags können Sie herrlich frühstücken (beides auf Anfrage; Sie bezahlen lediglich das Abendessen). Les grandes villes comme Arezzo (50 km) et Perugia (55 km) sont également facilement accessibles. Mais la culture vous la trouverez aussi à la maison ! La Fattoria possède son propre petit musée rural avec des anciens outils agricoles. Vous préférez quelque chose de plus sportif ? Plein de possibilités de balades à pied, à vélo ou même à cheval ! Votre propre jardin ou balcon vous permettront de souffler après toutes ces activités avec un bon verre de vin. Un soir pas envie de cuisiner, le restaurant sur le terrain est ouvert plusieurs jours par semaine (sur demande). La Fattoria La ferme a été restaurée récemment et transformée en un parfait séjour de vacances. Les plafonds avec poutres apparentes et les cheminées d'origine ont été conservés lors de la restauration. L'intérieur de caractère est propre et soigné. Les 8 appartements, dont nous en offrons 6, se trouvent dans un bâtiment. Dans le bâtiment voisin habite l'agriculteur, et vous y trouverez aussi le restaurant. Il y a une grande pelouse avec un équipement de jeux pour les enfants et une piscine (12 x 6 m, 1,50 de profondeur) avec un panorama magnifique. Espace couvert avec entre autres une table de ping-pong et un babyfoot. Mise à disposition d'une machine à laver et d'un BBQ. Spécificités Le jour de votre arrivée vous avez la possibilité de participer au diner. Le dimanche vous pouvez prendre un excellent petit déjeuner (les deux sur demande, vous ne payez que le dîner). Costruito su una collina (a 550 metri d'altezza), questa località offre una vista fantastica sulla Valle del Tevere. La fattoria è stata recentemente ristrutturata, e trasformata in casa vacanze. Durante i lavori, sono stati conservati i soffitti con travi a vista e il caminetto. L'arredamento della villa è curato e ordinato. Stoły do ping-ponga i piłkarzyków w zadaszonej części nie pozwalają na nudę! Na wzgórzu niewiele się zmieniło przez ostatnie 200 lat. W dalszym ciągu zajmuje się tu uprawą roślin, nadal pasą się tu owce. Nie brakuje miejsc na spacery, wycieczki rowerowe, a nawet jazdę na koniu!
