Vom angrenzenden Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne blickt man Richtung Meer. Ein eigener PKW-Stellplatz und eine zum Appartement gehörende Sonnenkuhle mit eigenem Strandkorb stehen zur Verfügung, im Haus sind Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner vorhanden. Im Keller des Hauses befinden sich ein Schwimmbad mit Gegenstromanlage und eine Sauna.
