We offer our beautiful and very quiet 4 room flat for subletting for 6 months (01.August.24 - 31.January.25). Transport connections are very good, only 4 min walk to the underground station Kolumbusplatz. The flat has four rooms and two bathrooms. It has a large, light-flooded bathroom, a separate guest toilet and a large kitchen. Two of the rooms are currently used as bedrooms, one as a living room and one as an office/guest room. There is also an inner courtyard that can be shared The flat is sublet furnished. We are looking for subtenants who treat the flat and furnishings with care and respect. We would also be very happy if our houseplants could also be looked after during our absence :) But this is not a must. Please note that the flat can only be sublet to one party. Location The flat is located in a quiet side street near Munich's little Venice. The underground station "Kolumbusplatz" is about 4 minutes walk away, the Isar 10 minutes, other shopping and catering facilities are also in the immediate vicinity. Zu der Wohnung zählen vier Zimmer, eine Küche und zwei Badezimmer. Alle vier Wohnräume sowie der Flur verfügen Holzparkettboden und die gesamte Wohnung über 3 Meter hohe Decken. Die Fenster gehen bis kurz unter die Decke und sorgen u.a. für ein lichtdurchflutetes Badezimmer. Zusätzlich gibt es eine separaten Gästetoilette mit Waschbecken. Die große Küche. sowie das geräumige Wohnzimmer zeigen zum Hinterhof (Süd-Osten), der ebenfalls mit genutzt werden kann und über eine Sitzgruppe verfügt. Die weiteren drei Zimmer zeigen in die wunderschöne Mondstraße, die absolut ruhig uns sehr wenig befahren ist. Aktuell dienen zwei der drei Zimmer als Schlafzimmer, und eins als Büro/Gästezimmer. Die Wohnung wird möbliert untervermietet. Wir suchen Untermieter*inner die liebevoll mit der Wohnung und Einrichtung umgehen. Außerdem würden wir uns sehr freuen wenn unsere Zimmerpflanzen während unserer Abwesenheit ebenfalls umsorgt werden könnten, das ist aber kein Muss. : ) Bitte beachtet, dass die Wohnung ausschließlich an eine Partei untervermietet werden kann und keine weiteren Untermieten möglich sind. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße nahe Münchens klein-Venedig. U-Bahn-Haltestelle "Kolumbusplatz" ist ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die Isar maximal 10 Minuten. Sonstige Einkaufs- und Gastronomieangebote befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe, wie z.B. das Hexenhaus. Bei Fragen meldet euch gerne, eine Besichtigung ist natürlich möglich.
