My accommodation is in one of the most beautiful streets in Potsdam in the side wing of a historic town house. The city center can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. There is a great Italian restaurant opposite the house and a children's playground nearby. The apartment was renovated by us in 2016 and refurnished in 2021. When we are in Potsdam, we use the apartment privately and live here - when we are traveling, we are always happy to leave it to guests. The entire apartment can be used. The apartment consists of a bedroom (2 sleeping places), bathroom, an open living room (one sleeping place on the couch) with kitchen and balcony. There is also a guest room/office, where a daybed can be folded out into two beds. The guest room also has a home office workstation incl. 32 inch monitor, mouse, keyboard + internet with DSL 100,000 Mbit/s. Kitchen and living room are not separated, the apartment is located on the first floor (raised ground floor) in an extremely quiet backyard. We have a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen in which all ingredients, spices and appliances can be used. There are 2 bikes available during the stay. Gegenüber des Hauses befindet sich ein tolles italienisches Restaurant und ein Kinderspielplatz ist direkt in der Nähe. Die Wohnung wurde 2016 von uns saniert und 2021 neu ausgestattet. Wenn wir in Potsdam sind, nutzen wir die Wohnung privat und wohnen hier – wenn wir auf Reisen sind überlassen wir sie immer wieder gerne Gästen. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer (2 Schlafplätze), Bad, einem offenen Wohnzimmer (ein Schlafplatz auf der Couch) mit Küche und Balkon. Dazu gibt es noch ein Gästezimmer /Büro, wo ein Daybed zu zwei Schlafplätzen ausgeklappt werden kann. Das Gästezimmer verfügt aber auch über einen Home-Office-Arbeitsplatz inkl. 32 Zoll Monitor, Maus, Tastatur + Internet mit DSL 100.000 Mbit/s. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind nicht voneinander getrennt, die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss (Hochparterre) in einem extrem ruhigem Hinterhof gelegen. Wir haben einen großen Esstisch und eine voll ausgestattete Küche in der alle Zutaten, Gewürze und Geräte gerne mit genutzt werden dürfen. Während des Aufenthalts stehen 2 Fahrräder zur Verfügung.
