This charming flat offers the ideal base for your stay in this fascinating city. We have designed the flat for a maximum of 2 adults and optionally up to 2 children. There is a bedroom with a double bed (box-spring bed) and a living room in which the bright red couch can be pulled out into a comfortable double bed. You can rent our completely renovated and comfortable flat on a monthly basis. The flat is fully equipped in the kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. You'll find everything you need here: from a fully automatic coffee machine for that first extra coffee to wake you up in the morning to USB ports on the bedside lamps in the bedroom. The flat has wifi. There is a modern standing desk in the living room for ergonomically varied working. Depending on the time of day, you can sit comfortably at the dining table, in the two armchairs with footstool or on the sofa. The modern LED TV also offers the option of streaming. A Bluetooth speaker fills the rooms with your favourite music. And in the evening, you can enjoy a starry sky in the living room via the chic LED lighting. And you'll quickly realise you're in Vienna from the pictures :) The kitchen has everything you need for both quick and delicious cooking (hob, oven, microwave, cake tin, hand mixer, dishwasher, extensive porcelain dishes, tins and bowls, lemon squeezer and bag clips, a large fridge and freezer, ....). There is also a Dyson hoover, iron, ironing board and hairdryer in the flat. There is an underground car park in the building, which is also available to you for the duration of your stay. You can book this underground car park if required. What a relief and cost saving, because public parking costs 2.50€/h from 9-22 on weekdays Mon-Fri. But please note: your car must not be higher than 1.50 metres for the duplex garage. We offer a laundry and cleaning service, which you are welcome to book. The location of the flat could hardly be better: close to the underground (U4, Pilgramgasse) and the bus (13A, 14A) is just around the corner. On foot you can quickly go grocery shopping, eat out and go to the cinema, visit the "Haus des Meeres" (Aqua Terra Zoo), stroll through the Naschmarkt and go shopping on Mariahilfer Straße, Vienna's largest shopping street. Exercise is also easy to find: the nearest fitness studio is less than 200m away and the cycle path that leads to the city centre is right outside the door. A bicycle cellar can be used in the house. The nearest pharmacy is 170 metres away or a 2-minute walk. You can reach the centre in about half an hour on foot or, thanks to the well-developed cycle paths, easily by scooter or bicycle. Hier finden Sie alles, was Sie brauchen: vom Kaffeevollautomaten für den ersten Verlängerten zum Wachwerden am Tag bis hin zu USB-Anschlüssen an den Nachttischlampen im Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung verfügt über schnelles Wlan. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein moderner Stehschreibtisch für ergonomisch abwechslungsreiches Arbeiten. Sitzen kann man je nach Tageszeit gut und bequem am Esstisch, in den zwei Fauteuil-Sesseln mit Fußbank und auf dem Sofa. Der moderne LED-Fernseher bietet auch die Möglichkeit zum Streamen.
