En tot slot links van de gang is de woonkamer open naar de open keuken. Deze prachtige kamer is ruim en zeer licht dankzij de vele raampartijen en biedt prachtig uitzicht op het dorp en de vallei.Dan zijn er twee kelders de 1e onder het eerste appartement en is bereikbaar via een klein steegje. En de tweede kelder bereikbaar via het gemeenschappelijke deel van het tweede en derde appartement;
