Es gibt eine großartige Bergsicht als Kulisse, aber dennoch nur wenige Minuten Fahrt zu Geschäften und Strand, was sie zu einer der beliebtesten Straßen in Rawai macht. Direkt nebenan gibt es ein französisch-thailändisches Restaurant, das die Mahlzeiten direkt zur Villa liefert.Die Unterkunft besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer, das zur Küche führt, und zwei Kingsize-Schlafzimmern, beide mit eigenen Badezimmern. - * Parkplatz This private pool villa was completed earlier in 2019 and was built to the highest standards using only seasoned timber for the hand made doors and skirtings and all door frames have architrave surrounds. The kitchen is top quality, European style, with a breakfast bar leading to the living area. All surfaces in the kitchen and in the bathrooms have top quality black granite surfaces. Off the covered garage there are doors to a storage room and pool pump / filter room.The area is very quiet and peaceful with little traffic. There is a terrific mountain view as a backdrop but still only a few minutes drive to shops and beach making it one of the most popular roads in Rawai. There is a French / Thai restaurant almost next door and they will deliver meals directly to the villa.The accommodation comprise of a large living room leading to the kitchen and to two king sized bedrooms, both with private ensuite bathrooms. The living room leads out to a covered dining area which can seat up to eight. This faces onto the pool and the tropical garden at the far end with the mountains in the background. La cucina è di altissima qualità, in stile europeo, con un bancone per la colazione che conduce all'area giorno. Tutte le superfici della cucina e dei bagni hanno superfici in granito nero di alta qualità. Dal garage coperto ci sono porte che conducono a una stanza di deposito e alla stanza della pompa/filtro della piscina.La zona è molto tranquilla e tranquilla, con poco traffico. C'è una splendida vista montana come sfondo, ma comunque pochi minuti in auto da negozi e dalla spiaggia, rendendola una delle strade più popolari di Rawai.
