De accommodatie bevindt zich in het kleine Spaanse plaatsje Esparragal, waar je niet veel meer dan 2 stoplichten en een kerkje (de Ermita del Esparragal) vindt. Met de auto bereik je in ongeveer 3 kwartier het strand bij Playa del Charco. In het nabijgelegen Puerto Lumbreras vind je diverse winkels, restaurants en het Castillo De Nogalte. Het appartement is voorzien van alle ingrediënten voor een zorgeloos verblijf. Je kunt je favoriete recepten bereiden in de goed uitgeruste keuken en de slaapkamers zijn voorzien van veel sfeer en comfort.
