A fantastic spacious house in secluded location but close to the E4 makes this house easy and convenient to reach for the vacationing family or company. The house, which was once an old mission house, is nestled in greenery, and completely separated from neighbors as it is the only house that the small leafy forest road leads to. You are greeted by a large lawn in front of the house that invites you to play and socialize. Here you also park the car (s), so loading and unloading goes incredibly smoothly! To a bathing lake you take five minutes by car, and good parking space is available. Once there you are met by a fantastic well-kept swimming spot, with h-jetty, sandy beach, kiosk and a small playground. There is also a lake for fishing nearby, to which you can easily buy a fishing license! To the left when you enter the house you will find the house's spacious, L-shaped and well equipped kitchen where the whole family / company can stay together at the same time. There is a dining area for everyone without being cramped while preparing meals together. Simply a lot of space to hang out at! From the kitchen you reach the bathroom which is equipped with a practical shower cubicle, and like the kitchen is large. Straight ahead in the hall you are greeted by the stairs up to a large and spacious bedroom which is equipped with a double bed. To the right of the hall you enter the heart of the house, the large hall. Here you can see clear signs that the house was once built to be a mission house! The living room is furnished for socializing and well-being, and even here there is a large table to sit at o eat a good meal together, or why not have an ongoing board game? Due to the fact that there is also a large kitchen table, not everything needs to be removed before every meal! From the living room you reach the other bedroom of the house which is equipped with double bed. You also reach the annex with the stairs up to the other two bedrooms, a room with a small sleeping loft equipped with a 1.40-bed space and a bedroom with another double bed.

Eine wunderbar geräumige Ferienunterkunft erwartet Sie hier in recht abgeschiedener Lage. Sie ist durch die Nähe zur Autobahn E4 dennoch bequem zu erreichen und bietet eine gute Ausgangslage für Familienausflüge in die Umgebung. Das Ferienhaus, das einst als Missionshaus diente, liegt im Grünen und völlig ohne direkte Nachbarschaft, da es auch das einzige Haus ist, zu dem die kleine Forststraße führt. Sie werden von einem großen Rasen vor dem Haus begrüßt, der zum Spielen an der frischen Luft einlädt. Hier parken Sie auch das Auto / die Autos, sodass auch das Be- und Entladen problemlos ist. Die Fahrzeit zum nächsten Badesee beträgt nur etwa fünf Minuten, auch dort findet man gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor. Gut angekommen erwartet Sie ein sehr gepflegter Badebereich mit Badesteg, Strandlinie, Kiosk und einem kleinen Spielplatz. Es gibt auch einen Angelsee in der Nähe, für den Sie einen Angelschein brauchen, der vor Ort erhältlich ist. Im Ferienhaus finden Sie links die geräumige, L-förmige und gut ausgestattete Küche des Hauses, in der das Familienleben stattfinden kann. Es gibt dort auch einen Essbereich mit Platz für alle. Von der Küche aus erreichen Sie das Badezimmer, das mit einer praktischen Duschkabine ausgestattet und wie auch die Küche geräumig ist. Geradeaus weiter treffen Sie im Flur auf die Treppe zum großen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Rechts davon liegt die große Eingangshalle, die noch heute deutliche Spuren des ehemaligen Missionshauses aufweist. Das Wohnzimmer des Hauses präsentiert sich gemütlich eingerichtet und auch hier gibt es einen großen Tisch, an dem man zusammen sitzen und essen oder spielen kann. Vom Wohnzimmer aus erreichen Sie das zweite Schlafzimmer des Hauses, das ebenfalls mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet ist. Sie erreichen von hier aus zudem das Nebengebäude (Annex) mit einer Treppe hinauf zu den beiden anderen Schlafzimmern: einem Zimmer mit kleinem Schlafboden mit 140 cm breitem Bett sowie einem Zimmer mit einem weiteren Doppelbett.
Una casa fantásticamente espaciosa en un lugar aislado pero con la proximidad a la E4 hace que esta casa sea fácil y conveniente para la familia de vacaciones con niños o compañía. La casa, que una vez fue una antigua casa misional, está rodeada de vegetación y completamente separada de los vecinos, ya que es la única casa a la que conduce el pequeño camino del bosque frondoso. Une maison incroyablement spacieuse dans un endroit isolé mais avec la proximité de l'E4 rend cette maison facile et pratique à atteindre pour la famille en vacances avec enfants ou entreprise. La casa, che un tempo era una vecchia casa di missione, è immersa nel verde e completamente separata dai vicini in quanto è l'unica casa a cui conduce la piccola strada forestale alberata. Siete accolti da un grande prato davanti alla casa che invita a giocare e socializzare. Qui si parcheggia anche l'auto/le auto, quindi il carico e lo scarico sono incredibilmente fluidi! È possibile raggiungere un lago balneabile in cinque minuti di auto e c'è un buon parcheggio. Una volta lì, sarai accolto da una zona balneare fantasticamente ben tenuta, con un molo ad H, una spiaggia sabbiosa, un chiosco e un piccolo parco giochi.
