This spacious holiday home, set in the small village of Odensvi, was renovated in 2017. The floors are new, wooden floors. On the bottom floor, you will find two entrances, one of which has a veranda. The large kitchen features the necessary kitchen appliances. In the living room, you'll find a sofa and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was built in 2017 and features a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. There's also one bedroom on the bottom floor, it is equipped with two single beds. The spacious garden is all of 2000 square metres and has a lovely lawn and many fruit trees. The lake is only 600 metres from the house and this is where the boat is docked. Why not go fishing for pike and bass? You can buy a fishing permit in town. There's a public bathing area about five kilometres away, in Odensvi. It has a sandy beach, bathing docks, a bathing ladder, and shallow water. The sea is 18 kilometres away, a 20-minute drive through the scenic landscape of Småland, with it's beautiful forests and open landscapes. You have good chances of spotting elk, deer, and fox. The forests are rife with berries and mushrooms and there are a number of pretty lakes in the area. The closest grocery store is in Odensvi, five kilometres from the house. The picturesque town of Västervik offers a shopping centre and many different events in the summertime. It's 46 kilometres away. Vimmerby is only 35 kilometres away. The children will really enjoy Astrid Lindgren's World. Katthult and Bullerbyn, well known from Astrid Lindgren's beloved children's books, are also close. Or why not take a daytrip to Mariannelund and find out how sweets were made in the olden days? The Kingdom of Crystal, Glasriket, is another interesting destination. Geräumiges Holzhaus auf dem Lande, 2017 größtenteils ansprechend instand gesetzt. Liegt nicht weit von der kleinen Ortschaft Odensvi. Der typische Baustil eines traditionellen, älteren Hauses wurde bei der Instandsetzung erhalten und gleichzeitig modernisiert. Im Parterre gibt es zwei Eingänge, einer mit kleiner Veranda davor. Im Parterre große, praktische Küche und geräumiger Wohnbereich mit Sitzecke sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit 2B und das 2017 modernisierte Bad mit Dusche/WC. Eine geschwungene Treppe führt hinauf in die obere Etage mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einer Diele dazwischen. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über zwei Schlafplätze und Schrankplatz. Im kompletten Haus wurde im Zuge der Renovierung frisch tapeziert, die Holzböden abgeschliffen. Das Ferienhaus liegt schön eingebettet in die grüne, ländliche Umgebung, auf einem weitläufigen, sonnigen und eingefassten Rasengrundstück mit einigen Obstbäumen. Vom Haus blickt man über die offenen Felder ringsum und bis zum See am Horizont (eingeschränkter Seeblick). Zum Seeufer führt eine etwa 600 m lange, kleine Dorfstraße. Dort liegt ein Ruderboot für Angelabenteuer nach Hecht und Barsch bereit (Angelschein für eine Woche im Ort erhältlich). Alternativ rudert man eine Runde und genießt einfach die schöne Natur. Badegelegenheit dort am Ufer, richtiges Badeufer etwa 5 km weiter in Odensvi, mit Strandlinie, Stegen, Badeleiter, Grasflächen und seichtem Ufer. Zur Ostseeküste fährt man etwa 18 km, durch reizvolle Landschaft mit viel Grün und Wald. Dort gibt es u.a. Elche, Rehe, Hirsche, Füchse und viele andere Tierarten zu entdecken. Zudem findet man zahlreiche Seen, kleine Dorfstraßen und malerische Dörfer in dieser Gegend. Der nächste Einkaufsladen liegt ca. 5 km weiter in Odensvi. Gran casa preciosa donde mucho está completamente renovado (2017), a las afueras del pequeño pueblo de Odensvi. Cocina rústica grande y práctica con mucho espacio tanto para el desayuno como para la cena. En la planta baja también hay uno de los tres dormitorios con dos camas individuales. Gran salón con asientos y TV de pantalla plana. Una habitación perfecta para bellas veladas en unión. Aseo / ducha completamente nuevo (nuevo 2017). La escalera curva conduce al pasillo de arriba, entre los otros bonitos dormitorios. Uno con cama de matrimonio y el otro con dos camas individuales. Ambos dormitorios tienen amplios armarios y almacenaje. Toda la casa tiene papel tapiz nuevo con colores suaves y hermosos y pisos de madera recién lijados y lacados. La casa también es suave, frondosa, bellamente ubicada en la gran parcela (2000 m2) con bonitos jardines y muchos árboles frutales. Todo enmarcado por uno es una valla para caballos. Desde la casa también hay una vista parcial al lago con paisajes abiertos en primer plano. Hasta el lago donde espera el barco, hay unos 600 m en la pequeña carretera del pueblo. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend deux entrées, dont une avec une véranda accueillante sous un toit. Grande cuisine de campagne pratique avec beaucoup d'espace pour le petit-déjeuner et le dîner. En bas, il y a aussi l'une des trois chambres avec deux lits simples. Grand salon agréable avec coin salon et TV écran plat. Une salle parfaite pour de belles soirées en groupe. Coin toilette/douche entièrement frais (tout neuf 2017). L'escalier courbe mène au hall à l'étage, entre les autres belles chambres. Une avec un lit double et l'autre avec deux lits simples. Les deux chambres ont de nombreux rangements et placards. Toute la maison a un nouveau papier peint avec de belles couleurs douces et des planchers en bois fraîchement poncés et laqués. La maison est également douce, verdoyante, joliment nichée sur le grand terrain (2000 m²) avec de belles pelouses et de nombreux arbres fruitiers. Tout ce qui est encadré par un est une clôture à cheval. De la maison, il y a aussi une vue partielle sur le lac avec des paysages ouverts au premier plan. Descendre jusqu'au lac où l'attend le bateau, c'est à environ 600 m sur la petite route du village. N'hésitez pas à tenter votre chance à la pêche à la perche et au brochet. Les permis de pêche hebdomadaires sont achetés au complexe. Ou faites simplement un voyage d'aviron relaxant. Ampia e pratica cucina rustica con tanto spazio sia per la colazione che per la cena. Al piano inferiore c'è anche una delle tre camere da letto con due letti singoli. Ampio bel soggiorno con posti a sedere e TV a schermo piatto. Una sala perfetta per belle serate in compagnia. Zona toilette/doccia completamente nuova (nuova di zecca 2017). La scala curva conduce al corridoio del piano superiore, tra le altre belle camere da letto. Una con letto matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti singoli. Entrambe le camere hanno un ampio immagazzinaggio e armadi. Tutta la casa ha una nuova carta da parati con colori tenui e belli e pavimenti in legno laccato e levigato di fresco. La casa è anche morbida, frondosa, splendidamente immersa nel grande terreno (2000 mq) con bei prati e molti alberi da frutto. Tutto incorniciato da uno è un recinto per cavalli. Duży piękny dom, w którym wiele jest całkowicie odnowionych (2017), na obrzeżach małej wioski Odensvi. Dom jest typowym starszym wiejskim domem, w którym wiele jest dobrze zachowanych i zmodernizowanych. Na dole znajdują się dwa wejścia, z których jedno ma przytulną werandę pod dachem. Duża praktyczna kuchnia wiejska z dużą ilością miejsca na śniadanie i kolację. Na dole znajduje się również jedna z trzech sypialni z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami. Duży ładny salon z miejscem do siedzenia i telewizorem z płaskim ekranem. Pokój idealny na piękne wieczory we wspólnym gronie. Całkowicie świeża toaleta / prysznic (fabrycznie nowa 2017). Zakrzywione schody prowadzą do korytarza na piętrze, między innymi ładnymi sypialniami. Jedna z podwójnym łóżkiem, druga z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami. Obie sypialnie mają duży schowek i szafy.
