This nice cottage is located on Tjörn in Bohuslän with an incomparable view of the sea, meadows, mountains and forest. Here you live as the last house on the road with an undisturbed and secluded location. The plot is large and you have both lawn and rock as well as forest to discover. A lovely vantage point both behind the cottage and next door. At the front you are greeted by a patio and a really large glazed conservatory with outdoor furniture. From the entrance you enter a modern and complete kitchen straight ahead, with its own exit to the back of the house where you can sit in the shade during the warmer hours of the day. To the left are the house's two bedrooms, one with a double bed 180cm and a bunk bed 80 / 120cm and the other bedroom with a double bed 140cm. There is space for a travel cot in the cottage. Between the kitchen and the bedroom is the bathroom which has a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. A small window is available for ventilation and light. To the right of the hall is the living room with its lovely wood burning stove, large TV, corner sofa and lovely dining area with large windows in two directions. The cottage is suitable for 6 people, but a small one who wants to sleep next to the lower slap in the bunk bed (120cm) makes it possible to be 7 people. Here you will breathe fresh air, meet birds chirping in the mornings, see both foxes and deer and be close to all the sights that can be visited both at Tjörn and Orust. We want to recommend Pilane, which is one of Sweden's most beautiful cultural landscapes with traces from the Stone Age. Here the sheep graze freely together with fun, exciting and thought-provoking art from some of the world's leading artists. Sie wohnen hier schön ruhig, im letzten Haus in der Straße und somit in ungestörter Alleinlage. Das Naturgrundstück ist weitläufig und teils felsig, es bietet zudem etwas Rasenfläche aber auch naturbelassene Fläche. Es gibt schöne Aussichtspunkte sowohl hinter als auch neben dem Ferienhaus. An der Vorderseite werden Sie von einer Terrasse und einem wirklich großen verglasten Wintergarten mit Gartenmöbeln in Empfang genommen. Vom Eingang aus betreten Sie geradeaus eine moderne und komplett ausgestattete Küche mit eigenem Ausgang zur Rückseite des Hauses, wo Sie in den wärmeren Stunden des Tages im Schatten sitzen können. Auf der linken Seite befinden sich die beiden Schlafzimmer des Hauses; eines mit einem Doppelbett (180 cm Breite) und einem Etagenbett (80 bzw. 120 cm Breite), das zweite Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (1140 cm Breite). Es gibt ggf. Platz für ein mitgebrachtes Reisebettchen. Zwischen Küche und Schlafzimmer befindet sich das Badezimmer mit Toilette, Waschbecken, Dusche und Waschmaschine. Kleines Fenster für Belüftung und Licht vorhanden. Rechts vom Flur liegt das Wohnzimmer mit schönem Holzofen, großem Fernseher, Ecksofa und schönem Essbereich mit großen Fenstern in zwei Richtungen. Das Ferienhaus ist eigentlich für 6 Personen geeignet, aber nutzt man die untere Koje des Etagenbettes (120 cm Breite) als doppelten Schlafplatz, können 7 Personen untergebracht werden. Hier atmen Sie frische Luft, begegnen morgens zwitschernden Vögeln, sehen Füchse und Rehe und sind zugleich in der Nähe diverser Sehenswürdigkeiten, die sowohl Tjörn als auch die Nachbarinsel Orust zu bieten haben. Besuchen Sie z.B. Pilane, eine der schönsten Kulturlandschaften Schwedens mit Spuren aus der Steinzeit. Hier grasen die Schafe frei neben einigen sehenswerten, modernen Skulpturen freischaffender Künstler. Wenn Sie im Meer baden möchten, gibt es mehrere verschiedene Badeufer in der Nähe und in verschiedenen Himmelsrichtungen.
