In a quiet and beautiful residential area near Gottskär on the Onsala peninsula, this pleasantly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of the owner's house. Here you live close to the sea and cliffs. At the boundary of the plot, there is a small, cozy path where you can make your way down to the rocks with a picnic basket filled with goodies that can be enjoyed with a magical sea view. The apartment has large windows with blinds and curtains so you can easily keep the heat and the sun out during the day. A large and spacious living room in combination with a dining area and a smaller open kitchen with an induction stove with 4 plates, oven, cooker hood, microwave and coffee maker and dishwasher. There is also a kitchen island here for relief. A cozy sofa bed for two, of a high standard, nicely placed in the innermost part and a TV that can be turned both towards the dining area and the sofa. Inside there is a cozy bedroom (no window) with a double bed, 180 cm. Adjacent to the bedroom is a wardrobe for storing suitcases and clothes. Adjacent to the kitchen area is a fully tiled bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. As the surroundings are bicycle-friendly, we would like to advise you to bring bicycles. You can easily both walk and cycle down to the harbor in Gottskär to have a bite to eat at one of the restaurants. Here there is also a very nice swimming area called Utholmen, where there is both a jumping tower, a sandy beach, a jetty with a ladder and lovely hills with grass to run on. Gothenburg and Liseberg can be reached by car within 40 minutes and in the same time you can get to Varberg. Kungsbacka is only 20 minutes from the accommodation and here you can find the Kungsmässan, Hede Fashion Outlet and many different shops and restaurants. A perfect accommodation for family, friends or couples. For those who like to paddle a canoe, kayak or SUP, there are many nice bays to discover. Welcome to a quiet and pleasant place close to everything.

Sie liegt im Erdgeschoss des Privathauses des Eigentümers. Hier wohnen Sie in der Nähe von Meer und Klippen. An der Grundstücksgrenze befindet sich ein kleiner, gemütlicher Pfad, auf dem Sie hinunter zu den Felsen an der Küste gelangen, um dort den zauberhaften Meerblick zu genießen. Das Apartment verfügt über große Fenster mit Jalousien und Vorhängen, sodass Sie tagsüber die Hitze und die Sonne und nachts das Licht problemlos draußen halten können. Zudem gibt es ein großes und geräumiges Wohnzimmer in Kombination mit einem Essbereich und einer kleineren, offenen Küche mit Kochinsel und einem Induktionsherd mit 4 Kochfeldern, Backofen, Dunstabzugshaube, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Geschirrspüler. Im Wohnbereich steht ein gemütliches Schlafsofa für zwei von hohem Standard. Außerdem gibt es einen Fernseher, der sowohl zum Essbereich als auch zum Sofa hin gedreht werden kann. Weiter hinten liegt das Schlafzimmer (ohne Fenster) mit einem 180 cm breiten Doppelbett. Angrenzend an das Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Kleiderschrank zur Aufbewahrung von Koffern und Kleidung. Neben der Küche liegt das komplett geflieste Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Da die Umgebung fahrradfreundlich ist, möchten wir Ihnen raten, Fahrräder mitzubringen.
