Welcome to a wonderful place and to a very pleasant, spacious house where you can enjoy the peace and freedom of the countryside. The house is located on a lovely plot with the forest next door, fields in front and a large lawn that invites you to play and lovely social areas. The house is located in the heart of Småland with several nice lakes and swimming spots nearby. You are welcomed by a large sunny terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The entrance is via the kitchen entrance at the back of the house. Immediately, the charming country kitchen opens up with seating. The kitchen has new appliances from 2023 and has most of what you might need for a pleasant holiday. Adjacent is the dining room in an open plan layout with plenty of seating in a light interior and also an exit to the larger door with the balcony. Via the dining area you reach the house's master bedroom with double doors and a comfortable double bed 180 cm wide. Next to it is another bedroom with a double bed. Opposite is a smaller bedroom with a 90 cm bed. Between these is the house's one bathroom with wc/shower. The stairs up are an older, larger staircase via the kitchen. Here you come to the house's living room with a TV corner and a comfortable sofa group. The house's third large bedroom is up here with another double bed of 180 cm and large wardrobe. Up here in the house there is another bathroom with a bathtub where you stand in for a shower, two sinks and everything is just like in the rest of the house, spacious and very pleasant and warm interior. If you want to swim, it is walking distance to the lake Lilla Nömmen in about 10-15 minutes. If you want a larger swimming area, you go to Tjurken where there are piers and a sandy beach. The forest around the cabin is filled with walking paths, berry areas and roaming areas in a historic environment. Here you can sit on the balcony in the morning and in the evening and enjoy the sun and see both deer and moose roaming by. Take a day trip to Astrid Lindgren's world, eat well at the Sandsjöfors inn or just enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. Here you will feel great in the heart of Småland..

Willkommen an einem wunderbaren Ort und in einem sehr angenehmen, geräumigen Ferienhaus, in dem Sie Ruhe und Freiheit der Landschaft ringsum genießen können. Das Haus liegt auf einem schönen Grundstück mit Wald nebenan, Feldern davor und einer großen Rasenfläche, die zum Spielen und zum Aufenthalt im Freien einlädt. Das traditionelle Holzhaus steht im Herzen von Småland, mit mehreren schönen Seen und Badeufern in der Nähe. Am Haus werden von einer großen Sonnenterrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Grill begrüßt. Der Eingang erfolgt über den Kücheneingang an der Rückseite des Hauses. Sofort öffnet sich die charmante Landhausküche mit Sitzgelegenheit. Die Küche ist 2023 mit neuen Geräten ausgestattet worden und verfügt über das meiste, was Sie zur Selbstverpflegung benötigen. Angrenzend befindet sich das offene Esszimmer mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten im hellen Raum sowie einem Zugang zur Terrasse. Über den Essbereich erreichen Sie auch das Elternschlafzimmer des Hauses mit Flügeltüren und einem bequemen Doppelbett mit einer Breite von 180 cm. Daneben befindet sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Gegenüber befindet sich ein kleineres Schlafzimmer mit einem 90 cm breiten Einzelbett. Dazwischen findet man die einzige Toilette des Hauses mit WC/Waschbecken. Die Treppe nach oben ist eine ältere, breite Treppe, die von der Küche aus hinauf führt. Oben liegt das Wohnzimmer des Hauses mit TV-Ecke und gemütlicher Sitzecke. Das dritte große Schlafzimmer des Hauses befindet sich ebenfalls hier oben, mit einem weiteren Doppelbett von 180 cm Breite und einem großen Kleiderschrank. Zudem liegt oben das geräumige Badezimmer des Hauses mit einer Badewanne, in der Sie zum Duschen stehen, sowie zwei Waschbecken. Wenn Sie baden möchten, ist der See Lilla Nömmen in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Falls Sie ein größeres Badeufer vorziehen, fahren Sie nach Tjurken, wo es Stege und einen Sandstrand gibt. Der Wald rund um das Haus ist voll von Spazierwegen und Wanderterrain in grüner Umgebung. Hier können Sie morgens und abends auf der Terrasse die Sonne genießen und sowohl Rehe als auch Elche vorbeiziehen sehen. Machen Sie einen Tagesausflug nach Astrid Lindgrens Värld, essen Sie gut im Gasthaus Sandsjöfors oder genießen Sie einfach die Ruhe hier auf dem Lande.
