Large and spacious cabin with fantastic location and space for 10 people. Sea view and large terrace. The holiday house is from 2006 with a garden room built in 2017. The cabin is on a hill with a lovely view of the sea. The ground floor contains entré, living room and dining room as well as a well-equipped open kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine available. The holiday house has 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. There are 3 double beds and 1 bunk bed, as well as one mattrass on the loft. Total sleeping space for 10 people. The cabin has 2 toilet rooms with washbasin and shower. Underfloor heating in both bathrooms. In the living room there is a cozy wood stove, wood is included in the rent. An annex of 15 m2 is attached to the cottage. Large terrace of 150 m2 with garden furniture and barbecue. In addition, there is a small, covered terrace of 7m2. Great hiking areas and experiences nearby. A short distance to public sandy beaches, marked hiking trails and open areas. At Båly, there is a hotel and restaurant. At Båly, it is also possible to rent a boat. Other activities and sights in the area are the Spangereid canal (930 meters long), Lindesnes lighthouse, the salmon ladder in Kvås and the Mandal wilderness center. There are several fresh waters nearby with good fishing opportunities, in addition to good fishing conditions in the archipelago.

Geräumiges Ferienhaus in fantastischer Lage, mit Platz für bis zu 10 Personen. Bietet Meerblick und eine große Terrasse! Das 2006 erbaute Holzhaus wurde 2017 um eine verglaste Veranda erweitert. Es liegt auf einer Anhöhe mit großartiger Aussicht bis zum Wasser! Im Erdgeschoss Flur/Eingang, Wohn- und Esszimmer sowie eine gut ausgestattete, offene Küche mit u.a. Geschirrspüler. Es steht auch eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Im Ferienhaus gibt es vier Schlafzimmer; zwei unten und zwei weitere oben. Insgesamt stehen darin 3 Doppelbetten und ein Etagenbett für drei Personen bereit. Zudem gibt es oben unter dem Dach noch einen Hems mit einer 10. Schlafmöglichkeit. Zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche und Fußbodenheizung im Haus. Für kühlere Abende steht im Wohnzimmer ein gemütlicher Holzofen bereit (Brennholz ist im Mietpreis enthalten). Separater Annex auf dem Grundstück von 15 m2 Größe. Große, schöne Terrasse von 150 m2 Größe, mit Gartenmöbeln und Grill. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine 7 m2 kleine, überdachte Terrassenfläche. Tolle Wandergebiete und Erlebnisse in der Nähe. Öffentliche Sandstrände, markierte Wanderwege und Freiflächen sind in kurzer Entfernung erreichbar. Wir erwähnen auch Båly mit einem Hotel und Restaurant. In Båly ist es auch möglich, ein Boot zu mieten. Weitere Aktivitäten und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung sind der Spangereid-Kanal (930 Meter lang), der Leuchtturm Lindesnes, die Lachstreppe in Kvås und das Wildniszentrum Mandal.
