Welcome to this charming two-storey cottage, situated on a forest plot in between Osby and Vittsjö, in beautiful Skåne. The holiday home has a kitchen with a functioning wood stove as well as an electric stove/oven. The kitchen has the basic amenities, a dining table, and a baby chair. Next to the kitchen, there's a bedroom with a comfortable double bed. In the living room, there's a dining table, a wood-burning stove, a sofa, and a double sofa bed. The living room also features armchairs, a TV, and a DVD-player. A steep set of stairs will take you to the upper floor, where you will find an interesting piece of furniture: an old “beggar's bench”. In the olden days people would place such a bench outside of their homes to signal that homeless beggars, who often travelled around the countryside, were welcome to knock on the door, for a bite to eat and a bed for the night. The upper floor has one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom (without a door) with two single beds. There is also a loft with a single bed. A path leads from the garden to the river Vieån. There are lanterns in the house in case you want to bring them down to the river after dark, and enjoy the peace and quiet of the evening. Fishing possibilities. The walking/ hiking trail Skåneleden passes by the house. The small town of Osby is 20 kilometres away, offering some shops and the Brio toy museum. The child-friendly beach, with shallow water and a bathing dock, is only 3.5 kilometres away. Golfers will enjoy the 18-hole golf course at Vittsjö GK, 4 kilometres away. The cave Tygarpsgrottan is about 30 kilometres away and also worth a visit. You will find a binder in the house, with information about interesting sights and activities in the area. Welcome! Es ist auf einem Waldgrundstück, zwischen den Orten Osby und Vittsjö gelegen. Das traditionelle Äußere verbindet sich mit dem wohnlichen Charme im Inneren zu einem ansprechenden Gesamteindruck. In der Küche mit Essecke wurde der alte, gusseiserne Holzherd erhalten, der als zusätzliche Wärmequelle genutzt werden kann. Im Anschluss an die Küche liegt ein SZ mit Doppelbett. Im Wohnzimmer ebenfalls Esstisch sowie Kaminofen für kühlere Tage. Zudem stehen hier mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten und eine Schlafcouch für 2 Pers. bereit. Zudem Bad m. Dusche/WC im Parterre. Eine steile Treppe führt hinauf in die obere Etage mit 1 SZ mit Doppelbett sowie einem SZ (ohne Zimmertür) mit 2 Schlafplätzen, einer davon in einem ausziehbaren Bett. Es gibt auch ein Loft mit einem Einzelbett. Vom Grundstück führt ein einfacher kleiner Trampelpfad hinunter zum Bachlauf des Vieån, an dem auch geangelt werden kann.
