This holiday home is in a unique location, only approx. 50 m from a bathing beach, outside the small town of Plouescat on the long coast. The veranda with its wide sliding doors can be completely pushed open, very pleasant in the morning for a French breakfast with croissants and baguettes. The kids can play freely on the 850 sqm enclosed garden property surrounded by hedges. The long coast with many sandy bays and rock formations is directly opposite the house. Hikers will enjoy an ever-changing panorama on the miles of coastal paths (GR34). Plouescat offers a wide range of leisure activities, water sports, traditional restaurants and a casino. Land sailing at low tide is offered in Kernic Bay. To the west is the town of Roscoff, one likes to stroll through the streets and enjoy the creperies, fish restaurants and nice boutiques or one crosses over to the island of Batz. A palm garden in Roscoff or on the island of Batz should also be visited. When the weather is not so nice, you can drive to the port city of Brest, Oceanopolis, the castle and the Maritime Museum are waiting for a visit.

Die malerische Küste mit vielen Sandbuchten und Felsformationen liegt dem Haus direkt gegenüber. Wanderer können auf den kilometerlangen Küstenwegen (GR 34) ein immer wechselndes Panorama genießen. Eine ideale Lage auch für Kinder, die hier ungestört spielen können. Die unvergleichliche, 13 km lange Küstenlandschaft mit breiten Sandstränden und geschützt liegenden kleinen Buchten hat den Ort als Urlaubsparadies bekannt gemacht. Die Markthalle aus dem 16. Jahrhundert weist den Ort als Zentrum einer reichen Gemüseanbauregion aus. Das bekannte Seebad bietet ein reichhaltiges Angebot an Freizeitaktivitäten, Wassersportmöglichkeiten, traditionellen Restaurants und einem Casino. Bei Ebbe geht es zum Strandsegeln an die Bucht von Kernic. Für Fans von Pferderennen bietet die Küstenpferderennbahn ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis, jährlich ziehen sie im Sommer viele begeisterte Zuschauer und Pferdeliebhaber hierher.

La longue côte avec ses nombreuses criques de sable et formations rocheuses se trouve directement en face de la maison. Les randonneurs apprécieront le panorama toujours changeant des kilomètres de sentiers côtiers (GR34). Plouescat offre un large éventail d'activités de loisirs, de sports nautiques, de restaurants traditionnels et un casino. Le char à voile à marée basse est proposé dans la baie du Kernic. A l'ouest se trouve le village de Roscoff, où l'on aime flâner dans les ruelles et profiter des crêperies, des restaurants de poisson et des jolies boutiques, ou bien faire la traversée vers la présente île de Batz.
