This modern, tastefully furnished holiday home is located on a 650 sqm enclosed garden plot, only about 3 km from the first sandy beach in the nearby seaside resort of Binic. With its spacious living area, well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it offers excellent comfort. An ideal location for your holiday or a short break, even outside the high season, because thanks to the pellet stove (pellets provided), there is always a pleasant temperature in the house. Six kilometres of cliffs surround the bay of Pordic, with its four differently oriented sandy beaches. Signposted publican paths and hiking trails offer fantastic viewpoints from Cap Frehel to the cliffs of Plouha. The Goëlo coast is a very scenic stretch of coastline. Cliffs alternate here with small bays, fishing ports and sandy beaches. The highest cliffs in France are nearby, at the "Pointe de Plouha". Beyond the charming seaside resort of St. Quay-Portrieux, which is also known for its delicious scallops, excursions to the picturesque harbour town of Paimpol are worthwhile. Nature lovers will enjoy a day trip to the flower island of Bréhat. (Departure point north of Paimpol).

Mit seinem weitläufigen Wohnbereich, der gut ausgestatteten Küche, 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern bietet es einen ausgezeichneten Komfort. Ein idealer Standort für Ihren Urlaub oder eine kurze Auszeit, auch außerhalb der Hochsaison, denn dank des Pellet-Ofens (Pellets gestellt), herrscht im Hause immer eine angenehme Temperatur. Sechs Kilometer Steilküste umranden die Bucht von Pordic, mit ihren vier verschieden ausgerichteten Sandstränden. Ausgewiesene Zöllnerpfade und Wanderwege bieten fantastische Aussichtspunkte vom Cap Frehel bis zu den Klippen von Plouha. Die Küste des Goëlo ist ein landschaftlich sehr reizvoller Küstenabschnitt. Steilküsten wechseln sich hier mit kleinen Buchten, Fischerhäfen und Sandstränden ab. Die höchsten Klippen Frankreichs befinden sich ganz in der Nähe, an der "Pointe de Plouha". Über den charmanten Badeort St. Quay-Portrieux hinaus, der auch für seine köstlichen Jakobsmuscheln bekannt ist, lohnen sich Ausflüge bis hin zum malerischen Hafenort Paimpol. Naturliebhaber werden gern für einen Tagesausflug zur Blumeninsel Bréhat unternehmen. (Ablegestelle nördlich von Paimpol).

Des sentiers de douaniers et des chemins de randonnée balisés offrent des points de vue fantastiques du Cap Fréhel aux falaises de Plouha. Environs (description de la localité / activités) Sur la côte du Goëlo les falaises alternent avec des petites criques, des ports de pêche et des plages de sable. Les plus hautes falaises de France se trouvent à proximité, à la "Pointe de Plouha". Après la charmante station balnéaire de St Quay-Portrieux, également connue pour ses délicieuses coquilles Saint-Jacques, vous atteindrez le joli port de Paimpol, qui mérite également le détour.
