A pleasant and well-maintained holiday home in an excellent location in Mellbystrand. Within walking distance is Sweden's longest swimming beach, shallow and child-friendly. The cottage is located on a corner plot by a large communal area with, among other things, playground, soccer field, boules court and lovely green areas. In the cottage there are three bedrooms, one with a 120cm bed, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. The living room has a comfortable sofa and TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped and modern and has a spacious dining area. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. There is free wifi in the house. The annex has two single beds. The plot has a patio in a sheltered position at the back of the cottage. There is outdoor furniture, deckchairs and a modern gas grill. You can enjoy your morning coffee at the front of the cabin. The entire plot is enclosed with a fence and gate, ideal for families with children. Next to the house is the area's large communal area. Here there is both a playground, a bowling alley and a large grass field that is suitable for all family activities. At a convenient distance is Mellbystrand with its beach hotel and its small shops and restaurants. In the northern part is Hökafältet, a valued nature reserve with several exercise loops and walking paths. To the south, the development turns into Skummeslövstrand's summer center with several restaurants, a shop and a bakery. Just south of you reach the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. There are excellent cycling routes to the north and south. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not visit the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location by the Lagan. Lagan has a nice salmon fishery (fishing license required). For those interested in golf, there are many golf courses in the area. The nearest is Laholms Gk. Im separaten Annex gleich nebenan stehen zwei weitere Schlafplätze zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück verfügt über einen Außenbereich in geschützter Lage an der Rückseite des Ferienhauses. Es gibt Gartenmöbel, Sonnenliegen und einen modernen Gasgrill. Das gesamte Grundstück ist mit einem Zaun und Tor sicher eingezäunt, ideal für Familien mit Kleinkindern. Neben dem Haus befindet sich der große Gemeinschaftsbereich der Anlage. Hier gibt es sowohl Spielplätze als auch eine Boulebahn und eine große Liegewiese, die für alle Familienaktivitäten geeignet ist. Mellbystrand mit seinem Strandhotel sowie kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants ist leicht zu erreichen. Im nördlichen Teil liegt Hökafältet, ein wertvolles Naturschutzgebiet mit mehreren Übungsrunden und Promenadentreppen. Im Süden geht das Gebäude in das Sommerzentrum von Skummeslövstrand mit mehreren Restaurants, einem Geschäft und einer Bäckerei über. Etwas südlich liegen die neun Bjärehalvön mit all ihren malerischen Sommerstädten und nicht zuletzt Båstad, der schönen Tennismetropole. Im Norden und Süden gibt es ausgezeichnete Radwege. Im Norden erreichen Sie bequem Halmstad mit seinen fantastischen Stränden in Tylösand, seinem großen Unterhaltungsangebot und allen Golfplätzen.
