The cottage was converted in 2004. The location is ideal: close to the Lindbergh beach in the village of Saint Lô d'Ourville. The house is very spacious and bright. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 toilet and a shower room with a sink on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub and an open living area with fully equipped kitchen. Cars can be parked in front of the house and there is a picnic area. Behind the house is a large lawn, a sandpit for children and a barbecue area with tables and chairs. The house is quiet, right behind a 16th century castle. Many cozy walking paths start right at the house. We have WiFi. There is a fenced garden: a safe place for dogs.

Im Obergeschoss sind 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 WC und ein Duschraum mit Waschbecken. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein WC und ein Bad mit Badewanne sowie ein offener Wohnbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche. Autos können vor dem Haus geparkt werden und es gibt einen Picknickplatz. Hinter dem Haus ist eine große Rasenfläche, ein Sandkasten für Kinder sowie ein Grillplatz mit Tischen und Stühlen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, direkt hinter einer Burg aus dem 16. Jahrhundert. Viele gemütliche Spazierwege beginnen direkt am Haus. Wir haben WLAN. Es gibt einen umzäunten Garten: ein sicherer Platz für Hunde.
