Lake Rusken is known for having Sweden's best pikeperch fishing and only 3km away is Skärvalla bathing place, which is perfect for families with children with very shallow water, picnic tables, barbecue area and changing rooms and toilets. NOTE. Lake Ylen is closed to fishing during April, August and September. The house is on two floors, but the rental applies to floor one, which is reached via a short flight of stairs. The fantastic Stora Mosse National Park is also at a good distance for an excursion, about 50 km. There are two fantastic golf courses nearby, Näsbyholm next to lake Hindsen, 15 km. Hooks Herrgård's golf course at Hoksjön 25 km.
