The front terrace is usually the favourite corner of the house. There you will be able to relax, sunbathe, have dinner with your friends and family or read a book, while enjoying the beautiful views to the Mediterranean Sea and Cap de Formentor, one of the nicest places in Mallorca. The house has a well furnished living room and a fully furnished kitchen with all the equipment you might need during your holiday. At the rear of the house there is a little patio where you will find the laundry area and a barbeque. The house has satellite TV and WIFI. The views from the terrace and the location of this modernized fishermen’s house, make the perfect place to spend your holiday. There are three cozy bedrooms. The first comes with a double bed, closet, fan, skylight and a window to the kitchen. The second bedroom has a skylight (no window) and is fitted with a double bed, fan and closet. The third room with two twin beds has a window to the patio. There are two bathrooms with shower (no window but an extractor fan). The area is very quiet, as not may neighbours are around. You can still feel the fishermen lifestyle of years ago. In the past, fishermen used to go fishing with their “llaüts” (Majorcan traditional boats) and then go to the Lonja in Alcudia to sell it. From this lovely house you will be able to do some walking or cycling trips: Costa del Cap del Pinar, Albufereta de Pollença or visit the medieval town of Alcudia which still conserves its impressive wall. This is a perfect place to visit the north of Mallorca, as you will find gorgeous sites nearby: Formentor and the surrounding coves, Alcudia beach and the charming towns of Pollença and Alcudia. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für alle Strandliebhaber und Wasserratten. Die Terrasse ist ohne Frage der liebste Platz unserer Gäste und man kann dort ein gemütliches Abendessen veranstalten oder bei Kaffee und Kuchen entspannen. Das Meer ist nur wenige Meter entfernt und man kann jederzeit ins kühle Nass springen. Im Hintergrund sieht man die Berge bis hin zu Cap Formentor, dem nördlichsten Punkt der Insel. Von der Terrasse aus haben Sie Zugang zum Wohn- Esszimmer. Das Zimmer ist mit einem bequemen Sofa, Fernseher und Esstisch ausgestattet. WIFI ist kostenlos. Die angrenzende Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über alle wichtigen Haushaltsgeräte wie Geschirrspüler und Kaffeemaschine. Wenn man die Türe offenlässt weht eine angenehme kühle Brise ins Haus. Sie können in der Nebenstrasse kostenlos parken. Es gibt direkte Nachbarn. Hier wählt man zwischen drei gemütlichen Schlafzimmer. Das erste mit Doppelbett, Schrank und Ventilator hat eine Dachluke und ein Fenster zur Küche. Das zweite Zimmer hat dieselbe Ausstattung wie das erste - der einzige Unterschied ist, dass kein Fenster sondern nur eine Dachluke vorhanden ist. Das dritte Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten hat Blick auf den hinteren Innenhof. Zwei Bäder mit Dusche (ohne Fenster jedoch mit Abzug) runden die Ausstattung ab. Im hinteren Teil des Hauses finden Sie einen kleinen Innenhof mit Griller sowie einem kleinen Gemüsegarten. Die Waschküche grenzt an den Patio an. Früher wurde der Ort vor allem von lokalen Fischern bewohnt die jeden Morgen mit ihren kleinen Fischerbooten, hier „Llaüts“ gennant, aufs Meer hinausfuhren. Später wurde der Fisch dann in Alcúdia verkauft. Der Einfluss ist noch bis heute teilweise zu spüren und man kann hier und da die alten Anlegestellen der Fischerboote sehen. In der Umgebung finden Sie hauptsächlich Felsküste. Der Strand vor dem Haus ist felsig, wenn man jedoch ein paar Meter ins Meer hineingeht wird der Untergrund sandig. In Es Barcarès und Manresa finden Sie aber auch ein paar wunderschöne Sandstrände wie z.B. den Strand Morer Vermell, Sant Joan, Sant Pere oder Malpas. Im Frühling ist der Küstenabschnitt teilweise mit Blumen in allen Farben übersäht. Die Gegend bietet auch ideale Vorraussetzungen für Rad- und Wandertouren auf den Cap Pinar, Albufereta de Pollença oder auf den Berg Sa Talaia. Die historische Altstadt von Alcúdia erreichen Sie in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Besuchen Sie auch unbedingt den Leuchtturm von Cap Formentor, Pollença und den Strandabschnitt Playa de Muro. Las vistas desde su terraza y su enclave hacen de esta pequeña casa marinera un lugar excepcional donde pasar unos días de vacaciones, descanso y relax. La casa consta de un salón comedor amueblado adecuadamente, de una cocina completa con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios necesarios para cocinar los platos que más desee, además de tres habitaciones con armarios y ventiladores. En la parte posterior de la casa hay un pequeño patio donde hallará el lavadero y una barbacoa perfecta para aquellos días en que apetece saborear platos a la brasa. Además la casa cuenta con internet wifi y televisión satélite. Aquí descansa en tres cómodos dormitorios. El primer dormitorio dispone de una cama doble, armario, ventilador, una claraboya y una ventana que da a la cocina. Desde allí podrá hacer varias excursiones a pie o en bicicleta muy apreciadas, como pasear por la costa del cap del pinar, llegar hasta la Albufereta de Pollença, visitar el pueblo medieval de Alcudia con sus imponentes murallas. Es un lugar perfecto para conocer el norte de Mallorca con lugares tan bellos como Formentor y las hermosas calas de su alrededor, la gran playa de Alcúdia, los bellos pueblos de Alcúdia y Pollença. The house consists of a properly furnished living-dining room, a complete kitchen with all the appliances and utensils necessary to cook the dishes you most desire, as well as three bedrooms with closets and fans. At the back of the house there is a small patio where you will find the laundry room and a barbecue perfect for those days when you want to enjoy grilled dishes. In addition, the house has Wi-Fi internet and satellite television. Here you rest in three comfortable bedrooms. L'endroit où nos clients apprécient le plus est la terrasse avant, où ils peuvent se détendre, bronzer, dîner tranquillement, lire un livre... tout en profitant de la vue magnifique sur la mer Méditerranée et le Cap de Formentor en arrière-plan, l'un des plus beaux endroits que l'île de Majorque a à offrir. La vue depuis sa terrasse et sa situation font de cette petite maison de pêcheur un lieu exceptionnel pour passer quelques jours de vacances, de repos et de détente. La maison se compose d'un salon-salle à manger bien meublé, d'une cuisine complète avec tous les appareils et ustensiles nécessaires pour cuisiner les plats que vous désirez le plus, ainsi que de trois chambres avec placards et ventilateurs. À l'arrière de la maison il y a un petit patio où vous trouverez la buanderie et un barbecue parfait pour les jours où vous souhaitez déguster des grillades. De plus, la maison dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi et de la télévision par satellite. Ici, vous vous reposez dans trois chambres confortables. De là, vous pourrez faire plusieurs excursions très appréciées à pied ou à vélo, comme marcher le long de la côte du Cap del Pinar, atteindre l'Albufereta de Pollença et visiter la ville médiévale d'Alcudia avec ses imposantes murailles. C'est un endroit parfait pour découvrir le nord de Majorque avec des endroits aussi beaux que Formentor et les belles criques qui l'entourent, la grande plage d'Alcúdia, les belles villes d'Alcúdia et Pollença.
