On hot days you can refresh with a swim from the public swimming pool at 6 km. The restaurants are at 2 km and supermarket at 4 km. You can take the ski bus 1 km away, ski lift is available at 3 km. Let the morning sun rays brighten you in the furnished garden with friendly deers visiting in between. You can enjoy the coffee and relax with the view of the mountains from the terrace. The house is renovated with plenty of wood and has central heating for cosy ambience. Relax in the living room during the evening or enjoy a barbecue outdoors. Das in originaler Blockbauweise errichtete Haus bewohnen Sie ganz allein. Es wurde 2008 komplett renoviert - die Einrichtung unter Verwendung von viel Holz ist gemütlich und stimmungsvoll. Das Chalet besteht aus einem Erdgeschoss und einem Untergeschoss. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, zwei kleine Schlafzimmer und ein modernes Badezimmer. Souterrain ist von aussen zu erreichen. Wenn Sie Badetücher mieten möchten ( Hand-, Duschtuch und Badevorleger) können Sie das im Voraus angegeben. Ce chalet indépendant se trouve à la frontière entre Hopfgarten (Tyrol) et Boden, au début de Brixenthal. Cette destination ravira les amoureux de la nature puisque vous serez au cœur des bois et profiterez dune vue imprenable sur les montagnes environnantes. Il y fait tellement calme que vous aurez peut-être la chance dapercevoir des cerfs ou des chevreuils. Ce chalet construit dans un style original est à votre entière disposition, votre intimité sera donc garantie ! Il a été entièrement rénové en 2008 et compte de nombreux éléments en bois qui lui confèrent un caractère très chaleureux. Le chalet se compose dun rez-de-chaussée et dun étage inférieur (accessible par lextérieur). Au rez-de-chaussée, un grand living chaleureux, deux petites chambres et une salle de bain moderne. Au sous-sol se trouvent encore deux chambres et une salle de bains. Vous y trouverez au total quatre chambres et deux salles de bains ! Il sagit donc du gîte idéal pour les grands groupes ou deux familles voyageant ensemble. Het chalet ligt op de grens van het bekende Hopfgarten in Tirol en het dorpsdeel Boden. De woning ligt midden in de bossen met een vrij uitzicht over de natuur. Het is er zelfs zo rustig dat er vaak herten en reeën worden gezien. Indien u een handdoekenpakket wilt huren betreft dit 2 handdoeken en een badmat. Dit dient vooraf aangegeven te worden. De woning kan qua inrichting enigszins afwijken van de getoonde foto's. Kosten voor het opladen van elektrische of hybride auto’s (indien mogelijk) zijn altijd naar verbruik en worden apart verrekend.
