La maison, à deux pas d'une baie petite mais enchanteresse, a un accès direct à la mer qui est partagée avec une autre villa. La villa de Nettuno est vraiment conçue pour répondre aux besoins de la vie d'aujourd'hui, avec des intérieurs confortables développés sur trois niveaux.
