The town center is nearby at 200 m. You can find restaurants at 2 km and supermarket at 450 m. Locally crafted furniture, central heating, and a bright sitting room gives a pleasant ambience indoors. The bedroom has TV and Netflix for entertainment at night. Kids have a cot to use. You can enjoy the beautiful surroundings from the private terrace or the private furnished garden while preparing the barbecue. Parking is also arranged. Guests can check-in between 4 6 PM and check-out between 9 10 AM.

Design, raffinement et originalité. Ces trois mots peuvent qualifier à eux-seuls cette maison de vacances atypique, située dans le village de Warsage (Dalhem), à l'extrémité nord de la région. Vous vous trouvez ici à quelques kilomètres seulement de la frontière néerlandaise et au cœur d'une très belle campagne aux vastes collines bordées de vergers. Le logement (plain-pied) est composé d'une vaste pièce de vie baignée de lumière. Elle comprend une cuisine équipée de matériel haut de gamme, du mobilier dessiné par des artisans locaux, le tout dans une ambiance "loft" qui rappelle le style new-yorkais ou parisien. La chambre est dotée de sa salle de bains privée avec une large douche à l'italienne en pierre, matelas et linge de maison haut de gamme (peignoirs inclus). La maison est composée de ce logement et d'un deuxième, attenant. Les deux logements sont complètement indépendants et insonorisés. Le jardin est divisé en deux partie pour que chaque logement ait son propre espace privé. La campagne environnante est magnifique et vous pourrez y faire de belles promenades. Ne manquez pas de découvrir le village d'Aubel, de parcourir à vélo la "ligne 38", de passer une journée à Maastricht (à 20 km) ou à Aix-la-Chapelle (à 30 km).

Een bijzonder, modern vakantiehuis in het dorp Warsage (Dalhem), aan de noordkant van de regio. Je bevindt je vlak bij de Nederlandse grens in een prachtig, heuvelachtig landschap met boomgaarden. Het huis (gelijkvloers) ademt luxe en design. Er is 1 slaapkamer met een 2-persoonsbed en een aansluitende badkamer met een stenen inloopdouche. Dat maakt de woning vooral perfect voor een stel dat samen op vakantie wil. Je kunt mooie wandelingen maken in het omliggende platteland. Vergeet niet het dorp Aubel te bezoeken, 'lijn 38' te fietsen en een dag door te brengen in Maastricht (20 km) of Aken (30 km). Het huis bestaat uit deze accommodatie en een aangrenzende woning. Beide woningen zijn volledig gescheiden en geluiddicht. De tuin in gesplitst in 2 delen, zodat iedere accommodatie een eigen ruimte heeft.

Die Unterkunft (ebenerdig) besteht aus einem weiten, offenen und lichtdurchfluteten Wohnraum. Er besteht aus einer mit hochwertigen Materialien ausgestatteten Küche und Mobiliar, das von lokalen Künstlern entworfen wurde, und alles in einem Ambiente wie in einem Loft, das an den New Yorker oder Pariser Stil erinnert. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer mit einer großen, mit Stein verkleideten begehbaren Dusche. Die Matratze und Heimtextilien sind aus hochwertigen Materialien (Bademantel inklusive). Das Ferienhaus besteht aus der Unterkunft und einer zweiten, angrenzenden Unterkunft. Die zwei Unterkünfte sind komplett unabhängig und schallgedämmt. Der Garten ist in zwei Teile unterteilt, so dass jede Unterkunft über einen entsprechenden privaten Bereich verfügt. Jesteś tutaj, zaledwie kilka kilometrów od granicy z Holandią, w sercu „bardzo pięknej okolicy z rozległymi wzgórzami porośniętymi sadami. Lokal (jednopoziomowy) składa się z dużego, skąpanego w świetle salonu, kuchni wyposażonej w wysokiej klasy sprzęt, meble zaprojektowane przez lokalnych rzemieślników, a wszystko to w „loftowym” klimacie nawiązującym do stylu nowojorskiego czy paryskiego. Sypialnia ma własną łazienkę z dużą kamienną kabiną prysznicową, najwyższej jakości materacami i pościelą (szlafroki w cenie).
