If you fancy living away from it all with 161 friends nearby just an hour out from the city of Valencia in the middle of wine country then this townhouse in the small village of Duques may well suit you down to the ground. . . 161 friends? Yes! The population of the town is 164 and Carlos and his family are selling to start building his dream home and he would like to introduce you the the other 161 inhabitants of the town. . . Now the town has a bar and ... little else but at least it has a bar right... . . The house itself is on three levels and let's start from the top down. Upstairs there is a really cool open plan living area and kitchen. This leads to a small terrace with space for a sofa and table. The attic room is totally insulated and protected from the elements of winter and summer as the roof is white to reflect the summer heat. . . In the middle floor we have three large bedrooms, bathroom and toilet with another impressive kitchen and storage area. . . Downstairs is a bit more meh... Unfinished but with plenty of storage, motorbike garage, extra kitchenette and a small back terrace it could be restored but there is plenty of space upstairs. It also has a bit of damp and traditionally it's difficult to get rid of damp in village townhouses so possibly best to leave it and just treat it occasionally.

Una casa de pueblo en Duques cerca de Requena, a unos 10km y a una hora de Valencia. Esta casa de pueblo reformado en las dos plantas de arriba nos ofrece tranquilidad, descanso y espacio.. . Tiene unos 200m2 en las dos plantas de arriba con salón comedor cocina enorme que nos lleva a una terraza pequeña. En la planta media hay tres habitaciones, baño, aseo y sala multiuso con cocinita. Abajo hay varias dependencias para almacenar cosas y aparcar bicicletas y motos. Hay un poco de humedad abajo como es normal en las casas de pueblo pero nada fuera de lo normal.
