The bedroom is overlooking the properties garden to the southwest. It is equipped with a desk and an office chair. It is a very well kept and safe neighborhood.The river Rhine and the beautiful Waldpark are within 15 minutes walking distance, perfect for jogging or enjoying a good book in nature. The street has almost no traffic except for residents. The connection by public transport is excellent. Two different tram-stops are within 5 minute walking distance. The central station can be reached by tram or bike (10 Minutes). A car can be parked comfortably in front of the building. There is a bike stand on the property that may be used. Daily shopping can be done in walking distance. There are numerous local shops (bakery, butcher, vegetable shop) as well as several supermarkets nearby. Restaurants and cafes are close-by. The area is perfect if you enjoy hearing singing birds when you come home, while still being minutes away from the busy city center.
