With two cozy bedrooms, each equipped with two comfortable single beds, we guarantee you a restful night's sleep. The spacious open-plan living area invites you to linger and offers space for shared moments. A small reading corner rounds off the living room and invites you to sink into a good book. The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Here you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals - be it the toaster for the perfect breakfast, the kettle for relaxing tea moments, the microwave for quick snacks, the fridge for fresh food or the stove for culinary experiments. If you ever need an oven, our communal kitchen on the top floor is at your disposal. Here you can cook to your heart's content and chat with other residents. In the living room, a smart TV invites you to spend cozy evenings watching TV and you can access Netflix and co. in a relaxed manner by simply using your own account. So you can watch your favorite series in your free time or time out with us according to your taste. Fast WiFi is available in the apartment, so you can even get work done effortlessly during your stay. The two bedrooms each offer two comfortable single beds for a restful night's sleep, and you have the option of storing your clothes in each room. The spacious bathroom has a shower, WC and hairdryer. We will provide you with fresh towels and bed linen free of charge once when you move in. An additional guest WC is a further benefit of the apartment. For your laundry, we offer the option of using the washing machine and dryer in the basement by arrangement. So you can do your laundry easily and without complications. For added convenience and security, access to the front door is secured with a code, making it easy for you to enter. However, the apartment itself is opened in the traditional way with a key to give you a traditional living experience. You can conveniently have your mail sent to our address and we will make sure it arrives safely. For guests arriving by car, free parking is available in front of the building. The apartment is in an ideal location with a small bakery, a playground, an EDEKA and a REWE all within a 5-10 minute walk. Mit zwei gemütlichen Schlafzimmern, jeweils ausgestattet mit zwei bequemen Einzelbetten, garantieren wir dir einen erholsamen Schlaf. Der großzügige offene Wohnbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein und bietet Platz für gemeinsame Momente. Eine kleine Leseecke rundet das Wohnzimmer ab und lädt dazu ein, in einem guten Buch zu versinken. Die offene Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Hier findest du alles, was du für die Zubereitung köstlicher Mahlzeiten benötigst – sei es der Toaster für das perfekte Frühstück, der Wasserkocher für entspannte Teemomente, die Mikrowelle für schnelle Snacks, der Kühlschrank für frische Lebensmittel oder der Herd für kulinarische Experimente. Falls du einmal einen Backofen benötigst, steht dir unsere Gemeinschaftsküche im Dachgeschoss zur Verfügung. Hier kannst du nach Herzenslust kochen und dich mit anderen Bewohnern austauschen.
