I am renting out my 2-room apartment including a small garden and a large hobby room for five months. The period is January to Mai. The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex in Wolfratshausen. The apartment is fully furnished including all amenities such as washing machine, internet, etc.. A garage parking can be rented additionally. Please note that I normally live here with a cat. The costs amount to €1,650 including all additional costs. In addition, a deposit would have to be paid.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage in Wolfratshausen. Die S Bahn Station ist 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert inkl. aller Annehmlichkeiten wie z.B. Waschmaschine, Internet, etc. Ein Garagenstellplatz kann zusätzlich angemietet werden. Zu beachten ist das ich hier normalerweise mit einer Katze lebe. Die Kosten belaufen sich inklusive aller Nebenkosten auf €1.650 zusätzlich wäre noch eine Kaution zu leisten.
