Solid internet connection, ergonomic desk chair and full-size desk overlooking golf course. Ideal for remote working.
1 king sized bed, 1 double bed, 1 fold out double bed (in the room currently set up as office). 1 travel cot. 1 set of bed linen and bath / pool towels included.Two South facing terraces - with BBQ.Washing machine & dishwasher.Community pool (to open in line with local regulations).Many summer camp options locally in various languages.Notes:
There is only air conditioning in the living room.The property is best utilized by tenants with a car. There is a bus to Fuengirola from the urbanisation but it is infrequent.Due to an Andalucia-wide drought, the community swimming pool is currently closed. It will open as soon as the rules change. This will be the same for all rentals in the region.The house is on the market to be sold & once we have secured a buyer we will communicate the notice period to tenants but it is likely to take a couple of months for the property to close.Tenants are required to keep the property in a tidy state for viewings. 24 hours notice will be given for viewings and tenants will be asked to vacate for 15 minutes during viewings. The rent includes a mandatory weekly clean with our trusted cleaner (linen changeover not included).The property has lots of stairs (see video tour) and one travel stair gate is available if required.The market value for long-term rental of the property would be 2000 euros per month+ bills and summer weekly rentals in the area would be considerably higher.
