The beautiful views over the residential area and the mountains from the private terrace are just great. They are the perfect company to enjoy a cup of coffee while deciding the plan for the day. No doubt, your plan will be going to the beach or to the fantastic heated pool of the building with a measure of 10 x 5 metres and a 1 to 1.70 metres depth. In addition, the pool features an integrated jacuzzi heated up to 30ºC. The apartment, located on a third floor of a building with lift, features an excellent quality, and a spacious living room open to the dining area, where you can relax all together while watching a movie or a TV series after the delicious lunch. The kitchen is pure luxury, equipped with an induction top, stainless steel appliances, lots of cabinets and a table with chairs in case you prefer to have lunch there.
