Il se compose d'une piscine privée et d'un petit jardin où vous pourrez étendre la serviette et bronzer. En montant quelques escaliers, vous arrivez à la terrasse et au porche. Ici, il y a une grande table à manger extérieure où vous pourrez déguster de délicieux barbecues. La propriété est clôturée et il y a des voisins autour.Quelques marches mènent à l'entrée principale et au rez-de-chaussée. Ici vous trouverez un fabuleux salon avec accès à la terrasse principale, AC, télévision et deux canapés où vous pourrez vous reposer. La salle à manger est à côté et est idéale pour profiter de repas en famille. La cuisine séparée est équipée d'une cuisinière à gaz, d'un four, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un lave-linge, d'un fer et d'une planche à repasser. De la cuisine, vous pouvez sortir sur une petite terrasse. La maison dispose de 4 chambres, toutes avec placards.
