In een afgezonderd gedeelte van het gebouw is nog de woning van de vriendelijke eigenaars. Voor de dagelijkse levensmiddelen maakt u een wandelingetje naar het dorp (600 meter) en voor meer boodschappen ligt Jáchymov op maar 2 km afstand. Bij de eigenaar is soms verse geitenmelk of geitenkaas verkrijgbaar. Er is een eigen parkeerplaats met voldoende ruimte. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een halletje met een apart toilet. De badkamer is uitgerust met een wastafel en een douchehoek. In de korte poot van de L-vormige woonkamer is het keukentje met een aanrecht met twee elektrische kookplaten, een koelkast met apart vriesvak, en een magnetron. In de woonkamer staan een tafel met stoelen en een bank langs de wand. Voor wie lekker wil luieren, staat er een bankstel en een rustbank, die niet meetellen als slaapplaats. Er is satelliet-TV en er zijn kastjes. De slaapkamer op de begane grond heeft een 2-persoonsbed. Op de verdieping zijn drie slaapkamers, waarvan twee met een 2-persoonsbed en een kamer met twee 1-persoonsbedden. Op de verdieping is ook nog een extra badkamer met toilet en wastafel.

Op de verdieping zijn twee slaapkamers, waarvan een met een 2-persoonsbed en een kamer met twee 1-persoonsbedden.Kortom een fijne accommodatie voor gezinnen met kinderen of groepen van vrienden.Het Ertsgebergte is een 150 km lange keten op de grens van Duitsland en Tsjechië. Het is het stroomgebied van de Ohre (de Eger) en de Labe (de Elbe), waarlangs uitgestrekte naaldbossen voorkomen; een waar paradijs om te wandelen, te fietsen of te mountainbiken over talrijke bewegwijzerde routes. In de omgeving zijn veel sportmogelijkheden: minigolf, tennis, fitness in de kuurgebouwen van Jáchymov, zwemmen in Ostrov nad Ohrí (10 km) in een zwembadcomplex met 3 baden, of in thermale baden in Karlovy Vary (20 km). Daar spuit bronwater van 72º C tot 12 meter hoog. Je kunt er wandelen in de z.g. colonnades, waar eens Tsaar Peter de Grote, Goethe en Beethoven hebben gelopen.
