Surrounded by mature trees & perennial gardens, the property offers a peaceful & private setting with minimal maintenance. The interior is simple & functional, with a wood stove that provides comfort throughout the winter months. The enclosed veranda at the entrance serves as a bright transitional space that faces the lake. On the other side of the aerobic corridor, you'll find a dock, a small shed for storing paddles or life jackets & a parking area. See Addendum fore more details. Umgeben von altem Baumbestand und mehrjährigen Gärten bietet das Anwesen eine ruhige und private Umgebung mit minimalem Pflegeaufwand. Das Interieur ist einfach und funktional, mit einem Holzofen, der in den Wintermonaten Komfort bietet. Die geschlossene Veranda am Eingang dient als heller Übergangsraum mit Blick auf den See. Auf der anderen Seite des Aerobic-Korridors finden Sie ein Dock, einen kleinen Schuppen zum Aufbewahren von Paddeln oder Schwimmwesten und einen Parkplatz.
