Łazienki No. 3 is a representative classicist and eclectic building designed by Jerzy Majewski in 1898. Located in the centre of Hellwig's Partery, next to the famous flower carpets in Ciechocin, it is a great attraction of the spa and a place for souvenir photos.

The property consists of 8 plots with a total area of 13013 m2.
The palace from the turn of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries served as a sanatorium for many years.

Mud Baths No. 3 were called Bank Baths, in contrast to the previously built Committee Baths and Treasury Baths, which were dismantled and rebuilt after 1910, but continue to be called "Baths No. 2". Some of the machines and boilers used to equip the modern treatment facility were imported from Warsaw, porcelain bathtubs from as far away as Karlsbad, and various devices needed to heat the mud from Pilsen.

Inside, there were 27 treatment rooms with changing rooms. 4% brine was supplied by a special pump from a borehole about 150 m away. An innovative solution for those times was the mechanical ventilation of the entire building. In addition, as we read on one of the boards in a small museum, set up in an unused part of the salt works: "A dynamo machine set up in the engine room gave light to 40 arc lamps in the streets and in the park and 200 incandescent lamps in various facilities: the theater, bathrooms and reading room."

On the property in question, it is possible to construct a hotel and sanatorium building (taking into account the currently used rehabilitation, treatment, SPA & Wellness and recreational treatments) which will be an accommodation base for the Łazienki III spa building on the
approx. 300 rooms, as well as 2 restaurants, a pub and conference rooms on the ground floor of the building and parking spaces in the underground part.

Veja mais Veja menos Łazienki nr 3 to reprezentacyjny budynek klasycystyczno-eklektyczny według projektu Jerzego Majewskiego z 1898 r.

Część maszyn i kotłów do wyposażenia nowoczesnego zakładu zabiegowego sprowadzono z Warszawy, porcelanowe wanny aż z okolic Karlsbadu, a różne urządzenia potrzebne do podgrzewania borowiny, z Pilzna.
