Ard'View-Durbuy is a luxury holiday home with an indoor swimming pool and a unique view over the valley. Durbuy is easily accessible via the Ravel cycling and walking paths (5 km) and offers all possibilities of restaurants, terraces, activities indoors and outdoors. After a refreshing dive in the indoor pool, or relax quietly in the infrared cabin, it is wonderful to relax on the terrace, which offers a unique panoramic view over the Famenne region and the Ourthe valley. The house is stylishly furnished with a large open living room with open kitchen, lounge and pool billiards. The living room overlooks the indoor pool and the unique view through the large windows. Downstairs there are 4 bedrooms for 2 persons (double bed Queen size). Two bedrooms have an en-suite shower room and the other two bedrooms share a shower room. This property does not accept youth and male groups. After 10 pm absolute silence is required outside (electronic control). In the event of non-compliance with the conditions of use, the rental will be terminated immediately, without refund. Pets not allowed. Check in MANDATORY between 15.30 and 16.30 for control and explanation pool. Nach einem erfrischenden Bad im Innenpool oder in Ruhe in der Infrarotkabine entspannen, lässt es sich wunderbar auf der Terrasse entspannen, die einen einzigartigen Panoramablick über die Famenne-Region und das Ourthe-Tal bietet. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet mit einem großes offenes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, Lounge und Poolbillard. Das Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf das Hallenbad und die einzigartige Aussicht durch die großen Fenster.Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich 4 Schlafzimmer für 2 Personen (Doppelbett Queen-Size). Zwei Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Duschbad und die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein Duschbad. Diese Unterkunft akzeptiert keine Jugend- und Männergruppen. Ab 22.00 Uhr herrscht absolute Ruhe draußen (elektronische Steuerung). Bei Nichteinhaltung der Nutzungsbedingungen wird die Miete sofort ohne Rückerstattung beendet. Haustiere nicht erlaubt. Après un plongeon rafraîchissant dans la piscine intérieure, ou un moment de détente au calme dans la cabine infrarouge, il fait bon se détendre sur la terrasse qui offre une vue panoramique unique sur la Famenne et la vallée de l'Ourthe. Grand séjour ouvert avec cuisine ouverte, salon et billard billard. Le salon donne sur la piscine intérieure et la vue unique à travers les grandes baies vitrées.Au rez-de-chaussée se trouvent 4 chambres pour 2 personnes (lit double Queen size). Deux chambres ont une salle de douche attenante et les deux autres chambres partagent une salle de douche. Cet établissement n'accepte pas les groupes de jeunes et d'hommes. Après 22 heures, le silence absolu est requis à l'extérieur (contrôle électronique). En cas de non-respect des conditions d'utilisation, la location sera résiliée immédiatement, sans remboursement. Durbuy is gemakkelijk toegankelijk via de ravel fiets-wandelwegen (5km) en biedt alle mogelijkheden van restaurantjes, terrassen, activiteiten binnen en buiten. Deze woning aanvaard geen jongeren- en mannengroepen. Na 22u s ’avonds is buiten absolute stilte vereist (elektronische controle). Bij het niet naleven van de gebruiksvoorwaarden wordt de verhuring onmiddellijk stopgezet, zonder terugbetaling. Huisdieren niet toegelaten.
