There are tiles everywhere, and the cottage is i.a. equipped with wood stove, washing machine, dishwasher and heat pump, which makes it usable for longer stays all year round. Large fenced plot with fenced lake and large lawn with space for play. The house has an enclosed garden room and partially covered terrace with access from the kitchen. Within 10 minutes walk there are eateries and ice houses in the summer months. The area is particularly fertile for trout fishing. Not for rent to youth groups. Zum Haus gehört auch eine verglaste Veranda sowie eine teilweise überdachte Terrassenfläche, mit Zugang von der Küche. Im Sommer findet man nur etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt mehrere Gaststätten und eine Eisdiele. Die Gegend ist außerdem als gutes Angelrevier für Forelle bekannt.
