Fresh cottage on Norra Öland with a fantastically beautiful glazed veranda, here you have the proximity to Böda's rolling beaches. On the terrace you have outdoor furniture where you can socialize and enjoy fine meals. If you would rather sit outside in the garden, there is brand new beautiful garden furniture (not included in the picture). There is also a barbecue for the cottage. You have a bedroom with 2 new fresh beds where you can sleep well.The living room has a dining table as well as armchairs and a sofa where you can socialize or watch TV. The sofa is a sofa bed with 2 beds, where you pull out the lower bed.The kitchen is fresh and you have an oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc. There is also a dining table in the kitchen. The cottage is newly upholstered and fixed. The house has a stove with a fire ban, so do not fire. The owner of the cottage lives in the house next door (about 25m away), but you take care of yourself and have a completely secluded location by your patio and garden. The house is located by the road that leads to Grankullavik. You have only 1 km to Bödabukten, one of Sweden's absolutely finest sandy beaches. Here you have a kilometer-long sandy beach with beautiful dunes. If you want life and movement, you choose to swim at Böda Sand, if you instead want a calmer beach stay, there is e.g. Happiness Sand and Homrevet. The coffee house in Böda has fantastic pastries, bread, salads and pizza. The smokehouse in Böda with its restaurant and fish shop does not disappoint. You must not miss Byxelkrok, where you can enjoy strolling around in the small shops down by the boat cabins. Enjoy a bite to eat and a good drink in one of the many restaurants. Or why not enjoy an ice cream away on the wonderful pebble beach by the harbor. Here it has become a bit of a tradition to enjoy the sunset. If you want more privacy and let the eye enjoy, there are wonderful, desolate pebble beaches south of Byxelkrok.Other attractions are Byrums Raukar, the lighthouse Långe Erik, Neptuni fields and Trollskogen with its Naturum.Öland Zoo with its animals, carousels and water park is usually appreciated by the children. Wohnliches Ferienhaus im Norden der Ferieninsel Öland mit einer traumhaft schönen, verglasten Veranda. Sie wohnen hier nahe der schönen Strände bei Böda. Auf der Terrasse stehen Gartenmöbel für erholsame Stunden und die Mahlzeiten des Tages bereit. Wenn Sie lieber draußen im Garten sitzen möchten, gibt es auch dort schöne Gartenmöbel und einen Sonnenschirm (nicht auf dem Foto). Zudem steht ein Grill zur Verfügung. Im Haus gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei neueren Betten, in denen Sie bequem schlafen können. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Esstisch sowie Sessel und ein Sofa, das zudem als doppeltes Schlafsofa ausgeklappt werden kann. Die Küche ist hell und mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster etc. sowie einem Esstisch ausgestattet. Das Häuschen ist neu tapeziert und gestrichen. Der Ofen im Haus darf aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht befeuert werden! Der Eigentümer des Ferienhauses wohnt im Nachbarhaus (ca. 25 m entfernt), aber Sie sind hier dennoch für sich, mit einer völlig abgeschiedenen Terrassenfläche. Das Haus liegt an der Straße, die nach Grankullavik führt. Sie haben nur 1 km nach Bödabukten, einem der absolut schönsten Sandstrände Schwedens. Hier haben Sie einen kilometerlangen Sandstrand mit wunderschönen Dünen. Alternativ gibt es ruhigere Strandabschnitte bei Lycke Sand und Homrevet. Kaffestugan in Böda bietet fantastische Backwaren, Brot, Salate und Pizza im Angebot. Die Räucherei in Böda mit Restaurant und Fischladen enttäuscht nicht. Sie dürfen Byxelkrok nicht verpassen, wo Sie in den kleinen Geschäften unten an den Bootshäusern herumschlendern können. Genießen Sie einen Happen zu essen und ein gutes Getränk in einem der vielen Restaurants. Oder warum nicht ein Eis am wunderschönen Kiesstrand am Hafen genießen? Hier ist es zu einer kleinen Tradition geworden, den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Wenn Sie mehr Privatsphäre wünschen gibt es südlich von Byxelkrok wunderbare, einsame Kiesstrände. Weitere Ausflugsziele sind Byrums Raukar, der Leuchtturm Långe Erik, Neptuni-Felder und Trollskogen mit seinem Naturum. Der Öland Zoo mit seinen Tieren, Karussells und dem Wasserpark wird normalerweise von den Kindern geschätzt. Auch Lådbilslandet in der Nähe des Ferienhauses ist sehr beliebt.
