You have a large balcony with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy pleasant days and evenings. Large ball grill is available. The apartment is located upstairs, next to/above the popular store Rälla Sport & Fritid, along road 136, so the traffic can be heard from the outside, but the apartment is well insulated when you close. Within walking distance down to the sea is the Rälla-Ekerum Nature Reserve with exercise tracks that are usually appreciated by those who want to exercise, but also by berry and mushroom pickers. It is 3km down to Stora Rör's harbor and bathing area. Here you have Grandma's Stone Oven Bakery & Coffee House, which is nicely located by the sea. In summer, their fine bistro is also open. The long sandy beaches in Köpingsvik are a quarter of an hour away by car. It is 15 km to Borgholm, the perfect place to stroll among shops and enjoy a plethora of restaurants and ice cream parlors.
