Central and very nice accommodation close to swimming and beach promenade. Welcome to this pleasant and centrally located villa in a quiet and family-friendly environment. Here you are met by nice generous spaces both indoors and on the villa's terrace and glazed outdoor areas. The villa is within perfect walking distance to the city's range of restaurants, market stalls, shopping, boating, music and much more. You are just as close to Pinneviken's fine bathing area and Stångehuvud's nature reserve, known for its special light, which has made the area well-visited by photographers, among others. It is also just as close to the Norra hamn area's popular beach promenade with restaurants and nice vantage points over the sea and sunset. Via a staircase you reach the entrance floor of the villa. On the inside, you are greeted by a welcoming hall that transitions into a kitchen with a dining area as well as a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher. On the first floor there is also a living room with a nice large sofa and TV, a bedroom with a double bed and a toilet. From the hall a staircase leads up to the second floor, first you are met by a hall with an exit to a small balcony, then there are 4 bedrooms of which 2 rooms have double beds and the other two single beds, a large nice bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and washing machine. From the kitchen area you come out to the "heart of the villa", a large nice and cozy glazed conservatory with a lounge group, dining group and a grill, via the conservatory's sliding doors you come out on to a patio area with summer furniture. Generous surfaces perfect for pleasant moments in the company of good friends with barbecues, good meals and something good to drink or a moment of summer rest in the sun or shade together with a good book. The villa has a fiber connection. Good to know: Youth groups are not allowed The homeowner sometimes sleeps in the apartment in the basement. Lysekil, which is popularly known as "The City by the Sea", is located at the far end of the sea belt. Experience the fantastic feeling of freedom that the sea gives us on hikes on nature reserves and paths with fine smooth red granite rocks that are unique in Bohuslän. During the summer season, many concerts with famous artists, sing-alongs in the park, etc. are offered. Several nice shops with a selection for different tastes. It is also a pleasure to ride the small train around Lysekil, during the trip you also get a bit of history about Lysekil or why not walk through the older part of Lysekil from the 17th - 19th century. Die Villa befindet sich in perfekter Gehweite zu den zahlreichen Restaurants, Marktständen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bootsfahrten, Musik und vielem mehr der Stadt. Ebenso nah sind Pinnevikens schönes Badeufer und das Naturschutzgebiet Stångehuvud, das für sein besonderes Licht bekannt ist, das die Gegend zu einem beliebten Ausflugsziel für Fotografen gemacht hat. Ebenso nah ist die beliebte Strandpromenade von Norra Hamn mit Restaurants und schönen Aussichtspunkten zu Meer und Sonnenuntergang. Über eine Treppe erreichen Sie die Eingangsebene der Villa. Vom Küchenbereich kommen Sie zum "Herz der Villa"; einem großen, schön verglasten Wintergarten mit einer gemütlichen Lounge-Sitzgruppe, einer Essgruppe und einem Grill. Über die Schiebetüren des Wintergartens gelangen Sie auf einen Terrassenbereich mit Gartenmöbeln. Großzügige Flächen, perfekt für Sonnentage und Grillabende mit entspannter Atmosphäre. Gut zu wissen: Jugendgruppen sind nicht gestattet. Der Hausbesitzer schläft manchmal in der Wohnung im Keller.

Aquí encontrará amplios espacios interiores, así como una terraza y zonas exteriores acristaladas. La villa se encuentra a pocos pasos de la variada oferta gastronómica de la ciudad, con restaurantes, mercados, tiendas, paseos en barco, música y mucho más. También está muy cerca de la excelente zona de baño de Pinneviken y de la reserva natural de Stångehuvud, conocida por su luz especial, que la ha convertido en un lugar muy visitado por fotógrafos, entre otros. Asimismo, se encuentra muy cerca del popular paseo marítimo de Norra Hamn, con restaurantes y hermosos miradores con vistas al mar y a la puesta de sol. A través de una escalera se accede a la planta baja de la villa. En el interior, un acogedor recibidor da paso a una cocina con comedor, equipada con fogones, microondas, nevera/congelador, cafetera y lavavajillas. En la primera planta también hay un salón con un sofá grande y cómodo y televisión, un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y un aseo. Desde el recibidor, una escalera conduce a la segunda planta. La promenade du front de mer de Norrahamn, avec ses restaurants et ses magnifiques points de vue sur la mer et le coucher du soleil, est tout proche. Un escalier vous mène au rez-de-chaussée de la villa. Siete altrettanto vicini alla splendida zona balneare di Pinneviken e alla riserva naturale di Stångehuvud, nota per la sua luce speciale, che ha reso la zona molto visitata da fotografi, tra gli altri. È anche altrettanto vicina al famoso lungomare della zona del Norra Hamn, con ristoranti e splendidi punti panoramici sul mare e sul tramonto. Una scala vi porta al piano d'ingresso della villa.
