On the first floor there are 2 separate bedrooms (2 of them 1 with a balcony) and another bathroom (with a bathtub). There is a washing machine. The house has a large, covered terrace with a set of nice garden furniture. There is air conditioning (with cooling and heating functions). In the garden there is a garden gazebo with a grill fireplace, a lounge swing and a hammock. There is parking.
